I would have rated it a five as the product was great. However the delivery and set up was not. Don’t let them set you up with a contracted delivery, demand the Geek Squad.

The color is outstanding, ease of setting up is great with your cable service if needed. Highly recommended LG for TV's. Blows Samsung products out of the water.

The TV and soundbar were delivered and installed a week ago and we couldn't be better pleased. Excellent quality of picture. Sound is great. Service was excellent during the installation.

I would buy the same tv again the people in the store were very helpful they recommended a LG speaker set that made the sound of the tv exceptionally good thanks

I think this is a really nice TV. I used to be a Sony person but after having (2) Sony Bravia eight OLED TVs have the exact same software issue. FYI Sony has told me they are aware of the issue between their TVs and Xfinity cable boxes. I switched to the LG C5 and I’ve had no issues at all. It is priced less then the Sony as well

the tv was delivered and mounted with no issues- It has a nice picture. we are still having some issues with sound and the sound bar - otherwise this would be a 5 star review

Great TV: gorgeous colors and 4k resolution. I did not like the fact that there were several legal agreements I had to accept before I could use the TV. These legal agreements included LGs right to sell what I was watching and other violations of privacy. In short great TV ruined by LGs need to profit by what I watch and what I search for on the Internet.

So far, so good! I love this TV. I’ve had it about two weeks. You definitely need two people to put it on the stand, but the color is absolutely amazing!
