We purchased a LG 77-in OLED TV. The TV is spectacular!! The picture is unbelievable and we have it tied into our home theater which is all denon 7.1 surround sound. You would think you were sitting in a movie theater. But what is more important is the delivery Those guys were phenomenal!! I had to tip them for the job they did!!!

I purchased the 77" LG C5 for our family room. The picture is excellent, and really excels with a 4K stream. I was a bit concerned that the C5 would not be bright enough for this room, but that is not an issue. It is more than bright enough. The audio is ok, but I am thinking about adding a soundbar.

TV is great, i have no complaints there. Now if my review were about Best buy - honestly awful customer service. TV was open box but they promised no missing items, and there were missing items. They tricked us into getting the credit card to get 10% in rewards, we got 5% and had to spend hours with different customer service numbers and people to get them to give us what was promised. Honestly, a simple purchase shouldt be such a headache.

What can I say. I love this TV. The color is perfect. Has many ways to change volume and color pallets. Hooks to internet fast. has all the apps you might want to use. It will take me a year to sample all the options and settings this TV offers. Love Love Love it. Picture quality is supreme.

Outstanding image quality, easy to set up, couldn’t be more satisfied. Just don’t screw with the LGThinQ app. It was a horror trying to install the app, and once I did it was useless (and unnecessary) in the TV setup process.

TV is huge and looks good. Quality of the picture clarity is amazing. i am loving the quality. But if put on lights, the lights will be seen on the screen. you need to put the lights on behind or absolute pitch-black rooms.

Purchased this TV to view Super Bowl and the Olympics! We previously had a Panasonic Plasma and find the picture quality is better as well as the sound. Well worth our purchase!l

Great color and contrast, and a great value. Easy to set up. Built in speakers are more than adequate, but when hooked up to my sound bar, this 77" OLED comes pretty close to an in-theater experience.

Color is just what I'd hoped for. Having problems using the remote. The installer had problems with our power box blowing. Made him have to start over several times. We never got complete instructions.
