Spent 15-20 minutes adjusting the picture-type and it looks great now. Elevated my TV show/movie/football watching experience!

However, as a long-time Sony user, it has been challenging to switch from a Sony TV remote to an LG TV remote. I am not enjoying all the new features of the C5 TV.

The young man working was so helpful in explaining all the features and how they worked. We are very happy we did the upgrade.

I had purchased the C4 65” last year which I have in my bedroom now but just even the year apart does make a difference because I really didn’t think that the picture could get any better!! And well I’m here to say that it did. Idk why people complained about the remote I think it’s nice and even easier to use. Either way I love how big it is too! Watching football on it is magical! I also waited and ended up getting $1900 off!! So half off! Can’t beat it for a $3700 tv! Thanks best buy.

The customization of display and sound settings is breathtaking. You can make the picture exactly how you like it and combined with the custom sound options is perfect. I absolutely love this TV and will definitely be upgrading my soundbar to a dolby atmos sorround sound system to perfect my LG set up.

I liked the picture right out of the box. Preset picture modes are all useful in certain lighting conditions. I am more of a cinema/filmmaker mode kind of guy. High quality tv for any use.
