On the day of my delivery that was confirmed the day before via a text, got a text the morning of delivery stating it would be delivered between 12-4. Waited at my house ALL day and no show, when I reached out to customer service after 4PM, I was told it was not scheduled, and I was livid and it wasted my entire day. My profession is working with customers, and I believe communication is a major component to providing my customers satisfied results which in turn results in repeat customers. You failed badly here, and more than likely BB being a very large company you probably don't care. I was really wanting to enjoy this TV but I cancelled the order because of this. I've been a BB customer for many years but now I will hesitate to purchase from you again.

It arrived with visible cracks in the bottom-right corner, and when I lightly touched that area, the entire screen immediately went black. Even during the short setup process before it failed, I was already unimpressed with the screen quality, which didn’t meet expectations for a TV at this price point. I returned it the very next day and replaced it with a Sony Bravia 8, which has been a much better experience so far. Overall, this was a frustrating and unacceptable experience.

I purchased this TV for my game room that im setting up. LG C5 is a top 3 oled for sure. Picture is stunning. But if i had to choose between the LG C5 or the Sony Bravia 8 i would choose the Sony Bravia 8…i have both TVs. And i clearly see the difference. Sony bravia 8 is superior with picture and sound. the picture is more cinematic. Sony overall is the best when it comes to home theater. Get a soundbar. But you cannot got wrong with the LG C5. I love it. Trust me. Invest in a OLED

Color is absolutely beautiful, crisp, action is clear, and the size is perfect. This TV can do everything you could ask from a TV. It was worth the premium cost to have the best TV on the market. I was always a Samsung fan but not anymore.

So as Christmas approached closer I decided to see what Best Buy had to offer. I looked at several OLED tvs And decided that the LG 77 inch was the final upgrade for me. Its color is awesome, and my boys love the colors of their games on it. Clarity is exceptional, and the overall size is perfect for theater mode. It was way lighter than the original Bravia by far and the ease to mount it was a breeze. I am thoroughly satisfied wht the LG 77 inch tv.

Great Picture, Updated Options

Installation and setup was a breeze, but make sure you have a pair of helping hands. I mounted mine on the wall using the same wall mount as the old unit. Easily connected to my wifi and had it up and running with my various subscriptions in about 30 minutes. The picture is amazing. Vibrant colors and very rich hues. With 4K content, it is like the people on the screen are in the room with you. The speaker sound is okay, but I've got it hooked up to a Bose sound bar that gives much better sound. Only drawback was I had to buy an adapter to hook up my old Wii unit, but that has worked great as well.

The picture is unbelievable and we have it tied into our home theater which is all denon 7.1 surround sound. You would think you were sitting in a movie theater. But what is more important is the delivery Those guys were phenomenal!! I had to tip them for the job they did!!!

The picture is excellent, and really excels with a 4K stream. I was a bit concerned that the C5 would not be bright enough for this room, but that is not an issue. It is more than bright enough. The audio is ok, but I am thinking about adding a soundbar.

The colors are vibrant, and most importantly so far at least…everything just WORKS. I feel LG really worked out some long standing kinks with this C-series and Im absolutely stunned whenever I boot up something in 4K surround sound with my connect LG S80T system. Pure home theater bliss!! Every person who has come over has mentioned the quality when they walk into the room.
