The LG 77” C5 has the brightest, clearest, sharpest picture of any television we have ever owned. It is remarkably light for its size.

TV is great, i have no complaints there. Now if my review were about Best buy - honestly awful customer service. TV was open box but they promised no missing items, and there were missing items. They tricked us into getting the credit card to get 10% in rewards, we got 5% and had to spend hours with different customer service numbers and people to get them to give us what was promised. Honestly, a simple purchase shouldt be such a headache.

This TV has beautiful, crisp color and a processor fast enough to prevent any blurring in fast-paced action. I’ve given it 4 stars because the remote control is a bit subpar. First, there is no toggle button for closed captioning nor any intuitively easy way to figure out how to turn them on/off. Also, when viewing the guide on your “live” TV, you must search through channel by channel - there is no skipping through a page at a time - nor are there any numbers on the remote allowing you to go to a channel directly. You end up using your provider’s remote to watch live TV.

Upgraded to this TV after my 12-year-old LG TV finally died. What a difference between OLED and regular LED, which the old set was. The screen pops with all content I've thrown at it so far, and I really didn't even need to change too many settings out of the box. Took me forever to dial in the perfect settings for black reproduction on my old TV, but this one handled it extremely well from the jump. The speakers are pretty meh compared to my old set, but that's to be expected. Looking forward to another 12 years.

What can I say. I love this TV. The color is perfect. Has many ways to change volume and color pallets. Hooks to internet fast. has all the apps you might want to use. It will take me a year to sample all the options and settings this TV offers. Love Love Love it. Picture quality is supreme.

Incredible picture. The best TV I have ever had. Didn't like the voice assistant, but once that was turned off, getting the TV set up was a breeze. Mesmerized by the picture quality constantly.

Outstanding image quality, easy to set up, couldn’t be more satisfied.
Just don’t screw with the LGThinQ app. It was a horror trying to install the app, and once I did it was useless (and unnecessary) in the TV setup process.
