    This is two reviews in one. I’ll cover the LG M3 and I’ll cover my experience with Best Buy My experience purchasing: **1/5 STARS** I previously had a Samsung S84F that we purchased less than a month ago and were within our return window. That was an alright tv, but was lacking in processing, sound quality(we just used the tv speakers), the tv wasn’t very responsive to the remote, and we didn’t like the software. Browsing online, I found a 77inch LG M3 in excellent condition for an open box item for a great price at a local Best Buy. I was quick to call and verify condition of the tv. The rep answering claimed they were at the location(I specifically asked) and the condition of this item was new and pristine in the original packaging, practically brand new. I rushed home after work to package our tv and go an hour away to pick this tv up. I got to the store and asked the staff where this tv was. The response I received was “the M3 with 5,000 hours on it?” This is the ridiculousness of what “excellent condition” and “pristine in the original packaging” I found. This was a display unit with over 5,000 hours on it and no original box. We opted to purchase with the 5 year protection plan and when getting home, we found it didn’t include a remote. The store said the person I spoke with on the phone is from corporate. Basically I got lied to and as a result boxed up my tv and drove an hour away. Absolutely ridiculous! This is a fair condition tv, at best. Terribly misleading tactic and a pathetic experience. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with Best Buy recently and we were forced to stick with them due to our malfunctioning tv that was previously returned left us with a gift card for replacement. We go back to the store later to bring up the missing remote and they offer a remote with a missing back. So no battery compartment backing. Replacement through LG is $50. We asked for a new replacement from them or crediting back $50 to get the remote directly from LG. They gave us the remote without the back. Best Buy’s service and misrepresentation was an absolute fail. The LG M3: **5/5 STARS** The tv itself, this is a great tv. It has the LG G series panel which is the flagship tv of the brand. Brightness, picture quality, low quality upscaling, processing, all of it is excellent. I have an 83inch Lg G3 in my basement which is great, so I knew what I was getting unless the tv being picked up was damaged. Luckily we have our G3, otherwise I wouldn’t even be able to turn on the M3. The remote for this tv should be the same as the G3, so it’s a decent remote without issues like our Samsung. The M3 has some of the better tv speakers you’ll get on a tv. We’ll get an audio system, but just trying to get our tv figured out first. I like the panel and even after 5,000 hours, I see zero issues with the panel luckily. So far we’ve been 2 for 2 with excellent LG OLED TV’s(knock on wood). Summary: Excellent tv, absolutely terrible service as we continue experiencing from Best Buy.

    This TV is amazing!!! I can’t find one thing wrong with it. I love that it is wireless and connected easily tomorrow wireless surround sound system. The picture quality is unmatched and a TV sound without the sound bar is really good. You can definitely tell it has four speakers.

    Amazing picture, I was going for the C5 but this model is apparently a little brighter in HDR and a little dimmer on SDR. I went for this unit as I got an amazing deal on an open box item. The wireless feature for HDMI/USB connections is nice and for come people may be a big advantage where cabling could be a bit messy, but in my case I was after the picture quality. The G5 would have been great also, but this deal was too good to pass up! (the only reason for three stars is the wireless connection can be a bit finicky)

    Put this one through all my usual new TV tests and of course it passed them all. But the most impressive thing is the wireless connection box that keeps the TV area wired clutter free and this thing still maintains all the great picture and is lag free. Tested it with my super Nintendo and my PS5 there's was no noticeable input delay so its a safe bet for gaming too

    This was an open box item. It has severe burn in. Which was not disclosed before I purchased it. Very frustrated to have to drive to the store load it up and install it on the wall only to find it it's severely damaged. OLED TV's from best buy at highly risky.

    Tv is okay, box that operates the tv that is wireless has to have good signal can’t stand in front of it for more then a couple seconds and it looses signal. Picture quality is okay. For a 2,700 dollar tv I would expect more

    Bought a TV advertised as “Good” condition and it arrived broken and unusable. Order BBY01-807124726577 - showed up missing power cables and the TV would not turn on at all. What made this a complete nightmare: the store managers refused to let me check it in the store before leaving. So I had to go through the entire cycle of pickup - discover it’s dead - arrange a return. I wasted hours on this and also spent extra money on a U-Haul just to transport a large TV that never worked in the first place.

    I was advised that all open boxes do not come with a box. This device was not in excellent condition. Controller and tv bracket missing. Defects on tv

    Flush against the wall with no extra wires besides a power cord. Great pic quality. Same panel as g3 with evo and mla. Box doesnt have to face the tv directly for the wirelees thecto work. Put it in my tv entertainment unit right below the tv works just fine. Downside is that there are only 3 hdmi ports on the box. Why?
