Best picture I’ve ever experienced and the geek squad did a great job with the setup. The sound quality is amazingly clean. No complaints so far.

I thought my last tv was perfect, but wanted to go larger. I did not expect to get a bigger, better and more vibrant tv. All i can say is WOW

This is an excellent TV. I've had it almost 2 years now, in home theater. Replaced a 4K projector with this TV.

Great tv. It runs 4K @ Dolby vision and has 120hz refresh rate! This is an awesome tv for gaming. I would recommend this tv and Best Buy staff to anyone looking to upgrade their home entertainment.

After only 3 months, the images became heavily pixelated. I spent 2 hours with LG tech on phone who had me do the same thing over and over again and then had the temerity to ask if I was sure that I removed the protective plastic covering from screen!! Another several hours of phone calls and exchanged pictures had a LG technician determine that the main board needs to be replaced. Now, I have to figure out how to get the thing off of my wall so he can replace it, and then remount it myself (if it works). Demanded replacement from Best Buy and LG--got nowhere. Not feeling great about having my $5000 investment opened up, major component replaced, and then have confidence it will not have future problems.

Literally just wrote a review for this piece of garbage. Can’t use it because I can’t log into it using my LG account bc it’s a google account? Won’t stay connected to wifi 6 mesh or Ethernet connection to 1Gbps fiber. Horrible GUI. Stick to Sony.

Can't understate that when one parks themselves in front of this TV it truly feels like a micro movie going experience due to the size of the screen and the positive aspects of OLED, it engulfs you. This TV and a great HT setup, there is no more reason to sit in theater you have it in your home. Phenomenal coloring, its rich, deep, and utterly vibrant especially when paired with true HDR content. The upgraded processor definitely helps to scale up lower resolution content giving it that cinema feel. Pleased with the new features in WebOS especially the expansion of it serving up content from home servers whether it music, pictures, movies. Speakers are not there, but that is to be expected, it calls for a excellent sound bar or a true home theater setup. All in all, a standout TV made all the more because there is literally more of it.

Upgraded from 77” to 83” after being able to see the beauty of this OLED panel. One of the best, if not the best of all. Picture, sound, even the remote. The remote could be a little more up to date im design, but hey it works great. Jave to calibrate it, and you dont need a pro to do that for you with some researchung and trying. After setting up It sense the resource and adapts/recommends the right setting. And 99.9% of the time it is right. Do not nwed to keep changing the picture mode manually based on your resource. AI does it for you. Sound is amazing too, was going to look at soundbars, but do not need for a regular size room. You might need one if the goal is to place this beauty to a larger rooms. A little heavier than 77” mostly due to the weight needed for the stand. Loved the lightness of 77”, but really needed the latger size. Very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this everyone, especially when it is on a sale.

I went with the 83" and picture quality is amazing. I have it setup in the movie room and I can tell you it is so immersive. The C2 has all the brightness you need and colors are very good. Just a few tweaks on picture settings from default and it looks really good. Also I used total tech and the geek squad guys did an amazing job. They mounted the TV on the wall did all the wire management including running my eARC HDMI through the wall. It was not easy as they had to drill and pull cable a long way in the tight attic. But they covered the hole with the plastic plugs and cleaned after themselves. Also they are very precise with the measurement. Highly recommend using them. They are pros. Let them do it!!
