This is a great functional little unit that gets the job done and takes up very little space in my laptop bag. Easily recognizable to my Surface Book 2.

I like the slim look of this. There is no tray, so it's particularly sleek. Works great right out of the box. Got this to use with my Surface Pro4 and it's exactly what I was looking for.

Purchased this drive to work with new Mac computer that does not have disc drive. Works perfectly and is shared with the two MacBooks in the house.

Love my DVD burner. Works great with my new iMac too. I didn’t buy the Apple burner because it didn’t have good reviews. This burner was half the price and works awesome.

I have a Hewlett-Packard laptop and as soon as I connected this External USB drive, all I had to do was insert the disc that came with it. BTW, you have to be able to view your drive. I have Windows 11, and as soon as I click on it, my computer recognized it. Also the disc contained some very helpful free items, if you're interested. This definitely was worth the money I paid.

I was a little skeptical,wondering if this would do what I wanted.My pc doesn't have a cd drive built in and I needed to print a service manual off of a cd.i bought this and loaded it to my computer and printed no problem .was easy to set up and a piece of cake to work with my pc .I give it 5 stars

My DVD drive broke on my computer and it was going to be really expensive to replace. I found this one and reviews were decent. It was easy to get hooked up and started using right away!

The price is good. The set-up was easy. The product was ready to go out of the box. No need to install any type of program to make it work on my Mac. It is easily interchangeable between all my Macs.

I bought this with one of the newer laptops that doesn't have a built-in drive. It works really well and allows me to use disc-based programs. Worth it.

Looking for an easy plug and play cd burner, this one fit the bill! The sales girl was very helpful in finding the right model for my computer. Very easy to use, no program downloading required. Highly recommend.

the LG SuperMulti Blade Ultra Slim Portable DVD WRITER, Model AP70NS50, does exactly what it is supposed to do. it burns extremely well and it is a very quiet unit when burning. there are a couple secs of noise when the loading mechanism loads and unloads the DVD, but I can't hear it in the adjacent room. I bought this unit because it is a slot-load device, and I am lazy. DVD's pop out when done. however, do not stack them (I have 4), they can get warm when stacked, and some of the internal lubrication can get on the recorded surface of the DVD. I have had 2 of them for a year and 2 for about 3 months. all running. no problems. planning to buy 2 more when they go on sale.

Since my Surface Book does not have a DVD drive I selected this model because of its light weight and sleek design. Installation was no problem and I am very satisfied with the drive.

Good price works. We don't use a DVD player often and didn't need to spend a lot of money. It just needs to be available when we need it. Price was good and it does its job

No issues with this drive. We've used it mainly to play DVDs on the home computer (iMac). Have not yet written to it. Plug and play. Very easy to use.

I had to replace my old lg drive bc it would mess up recording so i looked at this one in the store I notice it looks just like a Mac drive which is great bc I have a Mac it's quite and thin.
