Use with iMac

I have burned a total of 2 cds. Well technically they were DVD-R's... but same diff. (Ok, not same diff., but I just mean it worked and was easy, and you should get this one if you need a cd drive. Ok, Bye!)

Great for my MacBook!

I exchanged it for this one, and it's been great. We've used it for her math DVDs and her history CDs. It will allow us to get a lot more work done, esp. when out of the house.

Plastic parts "stick" from time to time on built it drive. My concept is simple: use/wear out external devices that are easilly replaced. Thise drive is newer than the one installed. IT EVEN WORKS WITH CROMEBOOKs

Gets the job done easily

Don't know what they were doing because I just plugged it in and it was done. It gets the job done without a hassle.

Less Expensive Alternative to SuperDrive

I of course knew of the SuperDrive from Apple and knew what it cost. I decided to look to see what else was available and I spotted this one. It has the look to fit in with Apple products but not the Apple price tag. So far works great. I have only used it to rip a few CDs into iTunes.
