Great product works well preforming like it should

Bought this double-layer DVD to complement my ultra this laptop. It was highly recommended by other reviewers, and I have to agree. Jay plug it in, and you're good to go! Great DVD, for a Great price...

This LG - 8x External Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW SuperMulti Blade Drive is FANTASTIC. Small, quite and simple 2 use. Yes i do recommend punting on a old mouse pad or some kind of small cloth. that way it don't vibrate away.

I've had this for over a year now and I've had no problems. It appears to be very well made. It may cost a little more than others but it's well worth the extra money. Buy it!

Hooks up easily and operates well. It spits the disc out rather then opening up to put in and take out

I read reviews about this device and was skeptical, however, I decided to try it after trying others that were not impressive to me. This one by far was the better choice. Its casing is much more durable and works just fine with my Spectre!

I had a bit of a small problem getting this device to format for my mac instead of windows but once done it was easy to send data to. My mac also wanted to lock in to this device as a standard and scheduled backup which I also had trouble overwriting but all in all good device.

I needed a DVD burner for my Mac and this fit the bill. Normally I don't really need a DVD and it had been years since i switched to a Mac, but i needed one for some ISO images to update client firmware. I have no complaints.

This was simple 1) Buy the drive 2) Take it home 3) Open the Box 4) Plug it in and let it go from there Wife needed this to replace her internal cd on her laptop. Easy enough for her to finish the process and is very happy with the drive.

So far it has worked beautifully. Have had product only a couple of months and have only used it a few times. On the realistic side, sometimes I think products should not be reviewed until at least a year after purchase for a more accurate review.

the DVD drive was easy to install, and easy to use. It is a little slower burning than my old computer's internal drive, but still has reasonable speed.

My new computer did not come with a cd playerr so I had to buy a separate unit. It works as expected and I am very satisfied with it. Most embroidery designs still come on a CD so I needed it.

like this external dvd player. Had a problem with the computer accepting the hard drive and took it to Best Buy and they had it working in no time at all.

My experience with external DVD R/W devices has not always been stellar. This device changes my opinion of external DVD R/W. It works superbly and I am happy with my purchase. It is quiet, accurate, and efficient.

Simple connection and smooth operation. Plenty fast in downloading and transferring files. No glitches. Pricing better than Amazon, Office Depot and others. Thanks Best Buy.

Works with both of my laptops the first time I plugged it in. Previous unit I had would drop data after a couple of minutes and stop. This unit works equally well on DVD and CD disks. Does not overheat with usage. Completely satisfied.

This dvd drive is great in that we can use it with more then the MacBook that we bought it to be used with. Was having trouble with an old tower computers cd drive and plug this in and was able to upload the cd program without any problems.
