    Excellent air conditioner. The only issue was a slight ticking noise from the fan on startup. After a couple of days the ticking seemed to have gone away.

    Mine broke in the first month. Then the partially repaired it (which took 2 months; summer months). It mostly worked, then died at the beginning of the next summer. Note they are saying it’s 3 days out of warranty. Worst experience I’ve ever had with any product, yet alone a $500 one.

    Ac is only very quiet when Fan is on low, when is on medium or high it makes a significant amount of noise. Hard to connect to wifi and now after a month of use WiFi works when it want so the smart funtion is useless. Only 15 days to return to the store so now im out of luck. Also very noise when is is on power saver mode and compressor restarts it makes a annoying noise.

    Broke down in first month of use. LG fixed once, but it kept happening. Complete waste of money.

    Very Good A/C

    I have very difficult windows in terms of an A/C. I had to get someone to install it, BUT if you have a normal window (less than 36 inches in width and opens up and down) you should be fine. It works great. I have not tried to control it remotely and the instructions are extremely confusing, and i'm an IT manager. But if you have installed a surveillance camera before or other bluetooth appliance in your home, its basically the same thing. You connect it to your bluetooth first on your phone and then you connect it to your network through the app. i'm using it in the hottest day of the year and it it working great. Very little noise and cool air. I still need to put up an awning (doesn't matter which A/C you buy, you should do this) of some sort. It also is suppose to be more energy efficient than other A/C units. I'll update this if BB allows it later.

    Bought this dual inverter A/C unit because it was supposed to be so quiet. Instead it sounds like an old prop plane being started every time the compressor starts up in Energy Saver Mode. In cool, there is a consistent annoying noise. I think the fan is rubbing on something. I will be returning this item.

    Worst air conditioner I’ve ever owned. Air coming from the unit can be described as barely cool at best. Marginally better than a fan

If the air filter is clogged, air cannot flow properly through the air conditioner. This greatly reduces the cooling capacity of the air conditioner. In addition, if the air filter is clogged, the evaporator coils will frost over. To remove debris from the air filter, try cleaning the filter.     Best A/C to have. Been owning for about 4 years haven’t had no issues with the product & control through app which makes it easy to access it when control is not around.

    I purchased this model for the dual inverter as I expected it will cool faster than a typical 10K btu, and it did while it worked, but it only lasted 2 summers in the pacific northwest where the summers are mild.
