Ordered this and was happy for the first month. After that, no app worked for more than five minutes and I either get a "critical error" message or a "Hulu Plus was unable to start. Please try again later. Sorry for the inconvenience." Very frustrating to only be able to watch five minutes of a show.

first hooked it up very easy ;but no front lighted face,only on, off ,,open,.well put in blu ray disc and colors were muted .pple were gray to color.grass not dark green.took same disc to my other blu rar plyer and colors were great.Put disc backs in lg and colors now fine.so i guess ill keep it if it keeps plying good .guess had to kick start it.

This is my second player. First one, I kept losing my internet settings and I had to keep going back to reset it, which began to be a big pain. The second player is no better. In fact, it is going back to the store and I plan on exchanging it for a different name brand player. This one keeps freezing when I'm watching YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon.

I bought this unit for the streaming capabilities - specifically MLB.TV
Guess what: MLB.TV doesn't work with this unit.
I called LG support. They said they were aware of this and would submit a request to update the software "sometime in the future".
When I asked for a timeframe, the agent was not able to give me one.
