The associate at Best Buy did an excellent job of educating me on product options. The geek squad who installed the dryer was on time, professional and respectful of my home. The entire experience was excellent. Great job guys!

The delivery service was fantastic. On time and installed very well in no time. The dryer works very well. The only drawback is the settings for perma press, etc. do not calculate correctly sometimes, so the dryer turns off before the items are actually dry. Everything else works very well.

I bought this in combination with the matching LG washer. I have not explored the steam function. I use the normal load for drying without the energy saver feature. For more delicate or easily wrinkled fabrics, I would suggest a separate drying cycle where you can use a cooler temperature.

This LG steamdryer is the best Mother’s day gift ever. Having 5 kids (in high school, junior high and elementary ) mean tons of clothes to wash and dry and thanks tor this product which makes doing laundry a lot easier.

The dryer does a good job drying clothes, we didn't try steam future yet. Looks great

This LG DLEX3370W seems to be a perfect accompaniment to my LG WM3370HWA washer. I've used it now for a couple of months. Zero problems have arisen and I simply can't complain about anything!

Initially bought a stackable Samsung washer and dryer and it was too big for the small closet in my condo. The LG washer and dryer stacks right on top of each other so dimensions are as is stated in the product details. Plus it’s a great washer and dryer.

This was the best washer/dryer for us. Not a big family, so not the biggest model. But it looks like quality and gets top reviews. Best Buy sales rep steered us to this one, and it became obvious this was for us.

We never wanted the new front load washer and dryer, but it's the best upgrade we made. Love this dryer and the various clean settings ensure a perfect clean every time- the steam and sanitize setting is amazing.

Dryer does a great job and looks really modern and sleek. I like the steam option (although it's near the ceiling on my stacked w/d). It has a variety of settings for dryness, time, heat and a cute timer that goes off when your cloths are dry. Some might find this annoying but you can easily turn it down or off so that it won't go off when cloths are done. I'm new to the energy efficient products so don't know what's "normal" for this product or just energy efficient products. All the drying settings don't let you adjust the heat so many times my cloths are still damp. The easy work around is to use the custom setting so not a big deal.

Like the steam function, just add the purified water, very simple!

So far a good dryer. May need to read the manual to take complete advantage of features and understanding of drying results. Cloth may come out a little damp on stock settings. Installation was ok. Had to come out twice as the 1st time installer claimed it wouldn't fit. 2nd time had installer drop of in location and while snug installed with no issues.
