I got this as a replacement for a competitor brand which after 7 days of use started making loud annoying squeeking noise. ( the Geek squad despite his highly exceptional technical skill was unable to fix the problem). And glad I chose LG and not the same brand as a replacement. I should have made LG my first choice, that was a mistake. This machine works as they say it is. Quiet and very efficient. Get this brand and you won't go wrong.

This dryer is so much faster at drying than my old dryer that I am sure to be saving $$ on electric use. It's quiet, has easy controls, with an easy to clean lint filter. I have the washer/dryer combo stacked which makes the controls pretty high up. I am 5'6" and I wouldn't want to be much shorter or I wouldn't be able to reach the controls on top. The units fit into a small closet so stacking was my only option, but you don't have to stack them. There is a tray you can put into the dryer to dry items flat or shoes so they are not bouncing around. Haven't tried it yet, but it is a nice feature to have. When the dryer (and washer) are finished, a cute little song chimes. Some people may not like this song, however, compared to the buzzer that I used to have that scared guests and hurt your ears if you were too close when it went off, it's a welcome change.

At first I was hesitant about purchasing this dryer. When I saw that my friend used his lg true steam dryer for his military uniforms and that they came out crisp, I went to BB and bought one immediately. Love it!

Works very well, is quiet and efficient. I have not had any problems with it.

This dryer is amazing. Drys clothes like no other. Well worth the price. And has steam!

I just replaced my Maytag with this LG Dryer. I chose LG over Samsung bc friends use it and recommend it. I havent use the steam option yet. But have tried all other options and love it. Clothes come out dry eventhough my washer is an old Maytag It is quiet and will sing a nice tune when it is done. It is big enough to fit a King comfortable but you have to stop the machine once in a while to undo the comfortable otherwise it wont dry evenly. I love my LG dryer so far and hope it will last a decade.

Everything works great with the dryer. It is very quiet and does a good job.

I have the matching washer/dryer and they have worked great so far after having them for a month. The settings are fairly intuitive and I really haven't had the time dive into all of the stuff it can do as of yet. The music chimes they play when the cycle is complete can be heard very clearly when I am downstairs, through a shut door to the laundry room and with the TV playing.

It's working great. No issues. Dries well. Quite. Dries fast. Efficient.

I highly recommend this dryer. we purchased on black friday and got a really great deal. you will love it! it even sings an adorable little tune when it is done drying instead of some annoying ding. it has steam which is super cool- you just have to remember to fill the receptacle with water. you get plenty of preprogrammed options for time effectiveness. you won't be sorry with this purchase!

Love this dryer, sleek look, quick drying, easy to use

I was always one to skimp on washers and dryers and didn't spend a lot of money on these type of appliances. Now I have a family of 4 and we wash a lot of clothes a week, and this dryer handles a lot of clothes. It's a nice quiet machine and has a lot of options for different clothes. It also drys heavy loads of towels within an hour. It is expensive but worth the money.

Like the many features of the dryer. Easy to use and dries efficiently.

Excellent washer, super quiet, large capacity, great performance.

We are 1st time buyers of LG. I was worried but Consumers Reports showed LG's history to have lowest in breakdowns, the price was right and Both washer and dryer set had a good rating. So far so good. Time needed to dry cloths takes a little longer than we would like but it does the job. We have "not" tried out the steam option yet. I didn't see a lot of positive reviews for it so I haven't been in a hurry to try it. Hopefully these units will last the 13 years our old ones did. We did purchase the extended contracts which is worth the money when it currently costs 100.00 plus just to someone come out to troubleshoot. The 100.00 protection/Ea additional unit that gives you 5 years of coverage on top of the one year from MFG'r is more than worth it. 6yrs. coverage/100.00. (if) you plan to stack these don't buy the drawers You'll need a ladder to get to the dryer and if you don't have the ceiling height they may not fit.

Easy to use and fits large loads of laundry. Laundry time has been cut in half.

I have had this dyer about 3 months now and I have saved $24 a month with this new dyer. This dryer drys my clothes in half the time as my old dyer. I put 8 damp towels in and it dryed them in 48 minutes Wow this thing is very nice and really does a great job. I have not used the steam function. I got this model because of the great price I got on it $669.99.

Dries really quick. Not too noisy. It has many options for drying.

Expensive but well worth it. Exceeded all of my expectations.
