I am not disappointed, infact this display is amazing and a welcome upgrade to my aging 100hz IPS panel. Would buy again

Text clarity is good enough, basically equal to a 1080p 24” display for reference. Matte coating is subtle but effective, the grain is hardly unless looking at a pure white image. Everything about this monitor is just perfect for any gamer.

Almost perfect

But my reson for not giving a 5 star rating has to do with a software related issue. On PC, after rebooting from sleep mode, the menu for the monitor will not appear and the sound from the headphone jack would go silent. It would require me unplugging the monitor or long pressing the power button, when im lucky, to turn it off. Afterwards the monitor works as normal. Ive updated the firmware and the issue still persist. Hopefully it resolves but until then ill just use my case ports.

The left half of the screen went all horizontal lines. I exchanged for the second identical monitor thinking it was a fluke. It wasn't a fluke. The 2nd one went horizontal lines across the entire screen, flickered and went black after owning for 5 weeks. It was done. Fortunately, I was a plus member and had 60 days to return. While returning the 2nd one someone behind me was returning the exact same monitor with very similar issues. Best buy was great though. This is not a reflection of their service. They were awesome. It's not their fault this monitor is junk.

Really exceeded my expectations on visuals very very fast response time regardless of what is conected to I use it for gaming but is also used for movies as well
