ok so i had purchased this cam as an upgrade from the c920 which i have used and loved for the past 3 years but the cord started to go bad and i figured hey why not upgrade if i need a new cam anyways. i purchased the pro 4k and to my dismay there were no drivers for this cam on the logitech site and also you cant record without using external video recording software... thats right folks for $200 you get no drivers and no recording software with a WEBCAM. i returned this camera the same day i bought it and purchased the c922 which also has NO DRIVERS available. not sure whats going on with logitech but i will also be returning the c922 and pruchasing another c920 since logitech basically has a monopoly on webcams

I am taking an online Statistics course with a local university and the exams are remotely proctored using Proctorio. There was a conflict between Proctorio and this webcam. It would not scan my student ID before I downloaded the software. Then after installing the software then it would not connect to Proctorio. For over $200, you would think it would work with any software. I took it back and used my laptop webcam instead. I was hoping for a bigger screen, but alas I had to use a smaller one. Don't waste your money and time with this camera if you are a college student taking online classes. From what I read after returning this, it has audio issues too. Glad I returned it!

I did a store pick up after ordering online and it had no power no matter what i did. i chatted with Logitech help desk etc. Nothing. Was sold a dud, or a refurbished, or a faulty product.

Video feed too glitchy to use

Video feed was consistently glitchy rendering this device as unusable. I was using it with a brand new 4k monitor, I used the cable provided, my OS was up to date, I played with the settings. Nothing worked.

Audio does not work

Although I disabled the laptop mic/speakers and configured to Brio, audio does not work. When I try to use background replacement, that does not work either. Tech support rep told me its not fully baked yet. $200 not worth it. Spent days on phone with tech support and tried all of their recomendations and nothing works.
