Disappointed with the Logitech Brio 100

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had high hopes for the Logitech Brio 100 1080p Full HD Webcam, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. First and foremost, the video quality was nowhere near the advertised Full HD. Despite adjusting the settings, the picture remained grainy and washed out, making it unsuitable for professional meetings or streaming. Moreover, the autofocus was erratic and unreliable. It constantly shifted in and out of focus, which was extremely frustrating during calls. The built-in microphone was also subpar, picking up a lot of background noise and requiring an external mic for clear audio. The final straw was the poor build quality. The webcam feels flimsy and cheap, not what I expected from a brand like Logitech. It also kept disconnecting from my computer, disrupting my work multiple times. Overall, this product did not meet my expectations and was a waste of money. I would not recommend the Logitech Brio 100 to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality webcam.

Wasn't exactly plug ang play.

I realized this when I inserted the usb and nothing happened. You have to download it at www. logitech.com/Tune

Inexpensive webcam that works well
