decent camera

Disappointed Microphone unusable due to clicking
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The device makes a continuous clicking sound, which makes the microphone unusable for zoom calls. I have been told it sounds like a bike with a card in spokes, and hard if not impossible to hear what I am trying to say. Also, this camera requires that you also have the software loaded, and this application impacts my overall performance of my computer and zoom calls. Not impressed, and would not buy again.

Posted .Hello, Very sorry that you're experiencing microphone issues with the C920 Pro Webcam during your Zoom calls. One possible reason for that continuous clicking sound could be if you're plugging the camera into a KVM switch or USB hub. Try plugging it directly into another USB port on your computer. If that doesn't solve the issue, try downloading Logitech's Capture software which is a newer application that will update the firmware to your C920. Here's a link to the download: https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024849133--Downloads-HD-Pro-Webcam-C920. If that doesn't resolve the issue, fortunately the C920 has a 2 year limited hardware warranty. Audio Sucks

The flimsy instructions claim that software for this webcam will be downloaded automatically when you first install it in Window 8!!! NOT!!!!!!!! I tried and tried to no avail, and the only thing I could get was a property screen. So, i returned it via the US post offfice.. And the return label does not feature a pre-paid feature. So it cost me $6.50 to return a product that doesn't work!!!!

Doesn't work with Mac

Even the packaging and the brochure don't mention the incombatiblity. Taking it back... what a waste of my time.

Stopped working with Facebook Messenger
