Logitech G535 is something special. Not only it’s lightweight it’s also super affordable with good durability. To me, this is the baseline of gaming headphones you should go. They are all around just great to use on a daily basis. To get to the meat of things, the headphones are efficient enough to last with long gaming sessions giving you 33 hours of gameplay but more so the G535 are just light enough to be on your head that long. These are some of the lightest gaming PC headphones I’ve thus used so far.
Everything you should have on modern headphones is here but better yet Logitech does Dolby Atoms better than most headphones that cost more here. It’s a brand out there but it supports Dolby Atmos but it’s terrible, Logitech made sure every corner wasn’t cut here with everything sounding clear. Bass booms especially with the EQ settings in the Logitech software. Design it looks nice, with a blue and purple band that makes it stand out in a sea of black plastic headphones. Certain a better design over a few I used over the years. They are also ergonomically designed well to form fit over your ears.
It’s obliviously easy to hook to the device you are using; Just insert the USB into a PlayStation or PC device. USB “lightspeed” dongle that comes with the headphones also connects to other Logitech devices that use lightspeed so you don’t have a bunch of dongles around. Using it on PC was the most optimal for me; Gaming with Forza Horizon 5 was awesome giving special details in each car engine which only adds immersion. Playing Control again also added to the fun with the hallways on each section echoing your every action.
It works for PS4, PS5, and PC. I only tested a PS5 with the headphones but they are a great alternative to Sony’s Pulse headphones. Trust me; G535 has certain strengths the official headphones don’t. For example, I find these headphones way more comfortable to use. The soft memory on the soft pads feels great with the added benefits of being lightweight just working out in the favor of these. Everything else works the way you expect it and buttons/volume controls don’t get in the way by accident. Also, the boom mic is perfectly fine at the angle that it protrudes. G535 also uses USB-C and changes up pretty fast.
Yep. They are really good. I enjoy the G535 because overall these are really the only pair of gaming headphones you need. The price point and the features you get here is the baseline I would expect gaming headphones to go. From them being really light to just be a good performer when you are ready to play. Logitech headphones have been great and these are no less. 5/5 review and would recommend to any gamer who just want some good headphones without the headache of confusing features or apps. Logitech G535 is a perfect solution to gaming with great audio.

The Logitech G535 LIGHTSPEED Wireless headphones are the best long wearing headphones to date I have worn, ever. I own $500+ Gaming headsets for streaming and had the chance to try a "Budget" set of gaming headphones. These should not be considered budget with the comfortability being better than the ones 5 times the price.
I wore these for a 12 hour streaming session and not once did I feel the need to remove them. The adjustability of them and the main strap makes them even work for my 7 year old daughter.
Now, for the sound these are really nice. Are they top of the line perfect sound, no, but are they decent enough you can wear them in a competition setting and feel like you will not have audio issues, YES!
I did setup them to work with my Dolby Atmos subscription and they do respond well to them and actually better than my wired headphones from another manufacturer that must only use Atmos settings. Yes, I said it, better and even more responsive. They do not market them as Atmos ready, but I am confident they work and work fine utilizing the program/feature.
The headphones 40mm drivers do not blow your ears out at 100% volume, it is a very loud but safe level of sound. With the sound up that high, you do not miss a sound, a footstep, a gun shot, or a car far away. The bass is solid and smooth, mids sound great and detailed but the highs about 4000hz are amazing in these. The highs were so clear and undistorted on my system I was mind bottled that I did not have to adjust the EQ to compensate for bad audio.
I am truly happy with the Microphone as well, especially in Discord. I asked the guys I stream with how I sounded and they said I basically was in the room with them. Not one time did they say they could not hear me. Chat also said they sounded amazing as well, no garble or static, just clean talking the entire stream.
Quick lists of pros and cons.
Pros:
Price
No Delay in Sound - Lightspeed works!
COMFORT
Sound
Wireless
Long Battery - I had 28 hours and still had battery
Looks
Packaging
Quick Charging
Cons:
Color of Strap
Yep, just one con for me but my daughter thinks they look great.
I highly recommend these, do not look past these in your decision making on your next set.
Hello, ElectronicJunkie! I'm happy to hear that you, and your daughter, are enjoying the G535 headset! I noticed that your con was the color of the strap. Luckily, we sell different colors of straps on our website here https://www.logitechg.com/en-us/products/gaming-audio/headset-straps.943-000430.html so you can interchange them. Lightweight and long lasting

These are pretty light for as big as they look, but they are all plastic. Even with some aggressive twisting though, nothing broke. There isn’t much to these. Plug the USB adapter in, power on and you are up and running. There is some minor adjustment of each ear cup and the elastic band is slightly adjustable and reversible. The earcups are soft fabric but leads to a very open air feel to them. There isn’t much passive noise suppression from these earcups.
As for sound, it is decent. I did feel that in some situations I just couldn’t get enough volume out of them. That may be from the open air effect that allowed background fans and stuff to still be heard. They have a full range and I was able to hear an audio test down to 66 dB below full sound. Battery life at full volume lasts over 20 hours, which is more than enough for most gaming sessions. The 33 hours claim is at half volume. The volume control is also the system volume control, meaning on Windows it was the bar moved there as the headset and it will spin forever. There was also no noticeable delay in audio either, which has been an issue in some wireless sets.
Overall, simple, quick and reliable headset for PC or PlayStation. The all plastic and airy feel is the only thing I don’t like about them.

I've been using the Logitech G535 headphones for about a week. Overall, I think they are a good set of budget headphones with one real flaw.
The things I like about the headphones is that they are very lightweight and comfortable to wear for a long period of time. The wireless connection is strong and maintains its connection from about 30 feet. And when using it to play games there is virtually no lag. A few other features that set these headphones apart from other budget headphones are the built-in volume slider, flip up microphone and the 33 hours of battery life. The only area where I feel these headphones are lagging is in the sound department. The sound the headphones produce is clear and overall good but it's not great. My biggest complaint would be that they aren't very loud, and they don't block out any ambient noise.
With that said I would still recommend these headphones because they are wireless, have great battery, and have features that have normally been reserved for higher end headphones. However you may want to test these yourself to make sure they are loud enough for you.

LOGITECH - G535 LIGHTSPEED WIRELESS DOLBY ATMOS GAMING OVER-THE-EAR HEADSET FOR PC, PS4, PS5 WITH FLIP TO MUTE MICROPHONE - BLACK
MODEL:981-000971
Best Buy Tech Insider Network
POWERFUL CLEAR HEADSET G535 – ATMOS?
OVERALL
As always you need to test out lots of headphones to find what is best for you, your systems, your listening environment. The LOGITECH - G535 LIGHTSPEED WIRELESS HEADSET is one of the better sounding wireless headsets I have tried in a while, especially at this price point.
I put a “?” next to ATMOS because other than the Best Buy site, nobody else claims the G535 headset ATMOS. (at the time of this review) There is nothing on the box that says ATMOS or on any literature I’ve been able to find. My guess, purely speculation, is that LOGITECH did not complete a licensing agreement (yet?) so they had to drop the ATMOS claims and logo. That being said as long as you properly configure them with that DOLBY ACCESS APP you will get decent emulated surround sound. Keep in mind there are only 2 speakers, so unless you spend a lot more you won’t get true multi-speaker surround sound anyway.
For wireless headsets the LOGITECH - G535 LIGHTSPEED WIRELESS HEADSET sound almost as good as my “best” wired headset, but with the freedom of being wireless.
SETUP
My main test was on my PC, so the setup is only to plug in the USB Dongle and start using them. There is an included USB-A to USB-C cable included for charging them. I was able to use them for several hours without issue, and the documentation states something like 30 hours. There is no documentation, just legal stuff included with the headset.
I highly suggest you download the LOGITECH G-HUB software which allows you to enable microphone feedback (so you can better hear when you are talking) and optimize equalizer and power saving settings.
COMFORT / FIT / ETC
I 100% prefer this style of floating headset (with the band to better able distribute the weight). I have a larger head, so normally most headsets are too tight. In this case, the LOGITECH - G535 LIGHTSPEED WIRELESS HEADSET was too loose with the inside strap at its default position. Once I moved to the next step up, I had a nice snug fit. Before the adjustment they always felt like they were on the verge of falling off. Additionally, the cups can move up or down. The adjustment that worked best for me is the cups as low as possible and the band as high as possible. Short version is that the LOGITECH - G535 LIGHTSPEED WIRELESS HEADSET is very adjustable for comfort. It is also relative lightweight at about 250 grams. My best sounding wired headset comes in around 450 grams, so I definitely get some fatigue after a while. I like the flip up microphone.
AUDIO
Here is the super subjective part, that you need to try for yourself.
MY RANKING (1 – 10 Best)
- Music Playback = 8
- Conference Calls Listening = 8
- Conference Calls Microphone = 6 (a little quiet)
- Gaming Listening Quality = 8
- Gaming Spatial Awareness = 6 (left right OK not much surround Cyberpunk 2077)
- Gaming Microphone = 7 (a little quiet but does OK minimizing background noise)
The quality of the sound was good throughout the entire audio range. The low end was a tiny bit muddy, but on whole everything was crisp and well balanced.
SUMMARY / CONCLUSION / RECOMMENDATION
I can overall recommend the LOGITECH - G535 LIGHTSPEED WIRELESS HEADSET. I’m not sure what is up with the ATMOS designation, but that is not a show stopper unless you have convinced yourself you must have an ATMOS certified device (I assume certification is in the works). As I said these are just below my best wired headset and above any of the other wireless headsets I have tried in this price range.

Nice headset; my ears get warm quickly

I’ve reviewed a number of gaming headphones before, from Logitech to Razer to Astro. This is the first headset that I had to manipulate Windows default Audio settings to get a consistent quality sound. That being said …
TL;DR for my frequent readers and details below.
Pros:
USB-C
Audio Quality
Flip-up Mic
Meh:
The feel / weight
Removable colorful band at the top of the headband
G HUB customizations
Mic doesn’t bend inward at all (mouth breather protection)
Cons:
Needs Audio Enhancements Disabled
Fans nearby generates a ton of wind noise
Very warm wearing for just a few hours
Right out of the gates, this is a super light pair of headphones with a blue / black / purple strap under the top headband; not my cup of tea. Thankfully, that colored monstrosity is removable as the headphones don’t slide too much to increase the fit size.
A flip-up/down mic is nice and rigid, however it doesn’t adjust/bend inward; this can help save us from the infamous mouth breathers, or could hurt the lower speaking players if the mic intensity isn’t bumped up.
At first, I had a terrible time with the headphones on my beefy Asus ROG. Any game playing caused distortion and choppy sound. Playing music at the same time as just having a game open was terrible. Teammates couldn’t hear me talk most of the time; I was immediately displeased. Luckily, support came to the rescue and after some pretty thorough troubleshooting steps, it was found that “Sound Enhancements” (see pic) was causing the issues and needed to be disabled. As this option can be hidden & “troubleshooting” steps through windows seems to make it available afterwards, I made a suggestion that Logitech bring this into G Hub, to ease the supportability of tuning this feature. Let’s see if it ever happens.
After making the above change, the headphones were fine and I didn’t have any more audio issues. W00t! On to the G Hub customizations. Not a fan. I find “flat” and “Bass Boost” to sound nearly identical. Sidetone is the saving grace here, I can’t play without it these days and any wired headphones that don’t have it, I use my Logi Pro X headset USB DAC with it to hack-ily get it.
Battery life is pretty decent. I ran through my initial tests and games while only losing about 10% after a few hours. Since then, I’ve played a few hours here & there and again, down 8-10%. I’d say that you could get somewhere around 15 hours before you’d want to charge these things up via USB-C (thank. God).
During game play, I found I could hear my ceiling fan and when that was off, my desk fan through the mic, so I had to kill those off during game play as to me, it sounded like I was going downhill on my Domaine AL3. In a ‘short’ gaming session, I found the wireless to be nice, but also needed to take them off as my ears got very warm with them on; I’m feeling it right now writing this review.
Overall, these are a good choice if you were in the market for a new gaming headset. Comfortable but warm. Decent sound. USB-C charging.
Do I recommend them? Sure. I’m sure I’ll still switch them out from time to time, but they’re a good Wireless headset with sidetone.

This is the third Logitech headset I have owned over the years, and as with my others, it has not failed to impress.
This headset was easy to set up and the Logitech GHub software on Windows is, I would contest, some of the best and most easy to use in the gaming industry. It is very reliable as software goes with minimal crashes and other issues. Hooking up the headset with the included lightspeed USB-A adapter worked seamlessly. This same connector can hook up to a PlayStation, so this headset is very flexible in that regard!
The headset itself is a bold and interesting departure from what I have traditionally seen in my other gaming headsets. The adjustment of the headband comes from two points: a multicolored reversible soft suspension strap that has two adjustment positions and the earcups slide up and down with about an inch of adjustment. I have an average sized dome for a dude, so the longer of the two adjustments on the headband that it came set on fit me well. The smaller adjustment seems like it would fit adolescent and/or smaller heads well. Be warned though, if you have a huge cranium, we are talking about those of you who are afraid to tear crew neck tee shirt head holes etc., this may lack the adjustability to be comfortable for you. I actually quite like this suspension headband set up as it relieves your head from having to have thick foam shoved against it. This, in effect, means that your head stays cooler which I appreciate for my marathon gaming sessions!
The earcups of this headset are a nice, rectangular yet contoured shape that feel as if they achieve a nice seal with without being overly constricting. The cups are also, thankfully, nice and cool. You could cook some over-easy eggs on my ear lobes when they get hot from a long gaming session, so I was pleased to find that the headset earcups present here did not roast my ears.
The battery life on this headset is EXCELLENT. They claim 33 hours on 50% volume, but I am currently pushing 25 hours on one charge at almost max volume with 15% of my battery left. That is amazing to me. An included USB-C cable charges this headset.
As it goes for the all-important audio experience, I find these to be probably a 7 out of 10 on the scale of my audiophilic desires with gaming headsets. The EQ adjustments are great in the software and even as it comes setup from Logitech, the sound is excellent. I play a game called Hunt Showdown that utilizes binaural audio as part of its gameplay. To be competitive in this often stealth-driven game, having excellent audio is crucial. This G535 headset exceeded my expectations in-game as I was able to track footsteps and movements of other players with great accuracy. The general listening experience is great too. I ran through my playlist on Spotify and while I am always craving a little more bass, I found that these had balanced trebles, mids, and bass all the way through. I found I like the FPS EQ setting the best for my overall listening experience. I will note that the max volume on this headset is lower than my previous headset, but this is not too great a concern for me as I probably need to not be listening to my music so loud anyways, haha. The microphone flips up and down for mute which I like for a microphone in general on headsets as this also gets it out of my way when I am not gaming. The audio quality of the microphone is great; my friends I game with and hang out with on Discord could hear me loud and clear with no complaints of static or inconsistent voice signature.
Altogether, I give this headset a solid 5/5 recommendation for a great wireless headset that is not overcomplicated in its build or features yet offers a distinctly excellent user experience all while being comfortable and easy to set up. Thanks for reading and hope this helps guide your purchase decision!

Logitech G535 lightspeed wireless gaming headset is great looking in appearance with advanced performance and comfort. Having used other gaming headsets, this one is of good quality, clear sound due to 40mm Pro-G Drivers, performance to cost ratio compared to other top of line headsets in market.
This headset uses lightspeed wireless technology with a range of 12meter wireless connection. Battery life is advertised at 33 hours which is a great pro for gaming headset. Comes with a plug and play
USB receiver/dongle that plugs into PC or PlayStation for a lag free wireless connection compared to Bluetooth.
The earmuffs/cushions are of memory foam with adjustable headband and is large and can completely wrap the ears comfortably (great as noise isolation). Its internal filling is a plush memory foam, which is very soft and has no obvious pressure, which brings good sound insulation.
The microphone is located on the left earphone unit and is retractable. It does have on-ear controls to quickly turn the volume up or down with the volume roller. To mute the volume when on meetings just flip the mic and is simple. The outer casing of the microphone is made of plastic + rubber and can be stretched.
It does come with USB A to USB C cable for charging the headset. With just 236 grams this headset is very lightweight and comfortable and won’t disappoint gamers with its amazing performance.
Overall great sound, comfort & style headset in affordable price range for gaming enthusiasts.

This is first time I tried a wireless headphone and I am pretty happy with the purchase. I definitely would not go back to a wired headphone. I bought it when it was on sale for $85 and I feel it was a good bang for the buck.
Pros:
-It is very light. Doesn't make me feel uncomfortable even after a few hours.
-This headphone is so light that some people might think it is flimsy, but it feels solid enough, especially given its weight.
-Microphone quality is excellent. My friends told me that they can hear me very clearly.
-Sound is pretty good.
-Battery life is long. I can use it without charging for days. Also, it charges quickly.
-Ear foams are soft and comfortable. I also like that they are not PU leather since those always peel off eventually.
-I like that the microphone is flip up. Most of the wireless headphones seem to have a detachable mic, which I do not like. I do not want to keep track of the mic and do not want to risk losing it.
-I did not really try going too far, but wireless connection seems to have a decent range.
Cons:
-There is very little size adjustment. If you have a big head, you may find it a bit small.
-Rarely, the audio randomly gets static for a second or two. This is even though I am right next to the PC. It could be that Wifi or something is interfering with the signal. I am not sure.
-It does not have any fancy features.

Quick and easy setup. The sound is great and balanced but very low for me. I downloaded equalizer apo and turned the gain up +4.00 and changed the channel config to 7.1 surround. I did mess with the EQ a little bit but just ended going back to flat for now.
Battery seems to be good. Having used it prolly 6 or 7 little sessions it's still at 75% life. It's pretty comfortable. The flip mic is awesome and it turns on when down and turns off when up. I have not used the mic yet though.

This headset is fantastic. It is finally the wireless open-back headset I have been looking for. All of the previous wireless headsets have been mostly closed back, but I prefer the sound that comes from open-back headsets. Unfortunately, those have been mostly wired. This headset has really been plug and play without needing to adjust any settings with it. The sound has been amazing and I highly recommend it for what it is and the price it's at. This headset is so lightweight and has fit comfortably on my head for many hours at a time between gaming and listening to music. Battery life has been fantastic, but at the time of writing this Logitech G HUB has still not updated to show this headset even though the latest update supposedly has support. This doesn't allow me to see what my battery % is at any given time, but again that could change with an update. I cannot speak on the quality of the mic as I have not used gaming headset mics in quite some time and prefer to use XLR for communication.
Overall, if you're looking for a great open-back wireless headset that has fantastic audio and lightweight, I highly recommend you giving this a try and seeing for yourself.
Hi JlKing, we're excited to see you're loving the easy to use and ultra lightweight G535 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset! Overall great headset, decent mic quality, 33hr battery life (just dont forget to turn it off before setting it down and walking away) takes like 2 to 3 hours to charge, its light, its comfortable, ok noise cancelation, only think its really missing is more headstrap adjustability.
Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're glad you enjoy the headset's battery life, comfort, and lightweight design. Your suggestions for improved noise cancellation and head strap adjustability are valuable and will be considered for future enhancements.

Really great value headset that utilizes PS5s 3D audio. Build quality and materials are excellent lightweight and long battery life. Set up is a breeze with literally just and play instant connection. So far no sound loss or disconnects even while traversing through the house between matches. My gamer buddies also state it’s a really clean sound from the mic. Overall really happy with the headset only gripe is wish it had slightly better bass as the sound seems geared towards mids and highs.
Thank you for your positive review of the Logitech G535 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset! We're glad to hear that you're impressed with the value, build quality, and sound quality. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and will consider your feedback regarding the bass for future improvements.

hey, everyone! Been rocking the Logitech G535 Lightspeed and it's a total game-changer. The sound quality is crisp and immersive, perfect for catching every in-game detail. it's super comfortable to wear, even for long gaming sessions. And the battery life is amazing, no worries about it dying mid-game. The freedom of going wireless without compromising on sound quality is just awesome. If you're into gaming, this is a must-have!

Love these headsets! This is my 3rd pair and I see a 4th coming soon. The sound is great, battery life is awesome, and they charge quickly. They are light weight and do not squish my ears or give me a headache from being heavy or squeezing my head too tightly. My only complaint, is I wish they would not break when the absent minded boyfriend leaves them in his chair and then flops down on them when sitting.
Incredible review! We're thrilled to hear that the Logitech G535 LIGHTSPEED headphones have exceeded your expectations in terms of sound quality, comfort, and battery life. Your positive feedback is invaluable to us.

I purchased these to replace my Sony Platinum headphones which finally fell apart. These are definitely lighter which is nice. They don't have as many adjustments as the Sony pair did, but they still fit pretty well. The mesh cups definitely breathe better. They don't get super loud on my PS4, but you can hear well enough. The sound quality is good, not great, but for $80, they fit the bill.

After 1 week and several long gaming sessions, I feel confident recommending this wireless headset after my positive experience with it. I was originally stuck between purchasing 1 of the 2 other current Wireless Headsets from Logitech (G533 and G733) and this combines the best of each. Let me elaborate:
Pros
-COMFORTABLE fit and LIGHTWEIGHT. This headset has the least impact and "feeling" of weight on and around my head of any wireless headset I own/owned and the earcups are soft and cusioned, even while wearing glasses over them the whole time
-Amazing Battery life: I've used these for several 3-4.5 hour periods on one charge and haven't seen it drop below 80% yet after a full charge
-Sleek, simple, ready to use design. I like the simple controls on the left earcup (power and volume wheel) and setup is incredibly fast and easy: plug in the receiver, install GHUB, and start using. This is the first headset I've owned with the microphone "flip up to mute" feature and it's perfectly suitable if I have to mute quickly, made even better since I don't have to feel around for a switch or button on the earcups to mute.
(Possible) cons
-Limited Adjustment options. Not sure where my head size falls on the "scale" of sizes but this headset fit me fine, but could be an issue for somebody needing a lot more adjustment range. The earcups slide up and down on the frame and the strap can fit one of two slots on each side, so if you're unsure about headset fit, I would take a closer look in-store or elsewhere to ensure fit.
-No RGB lighting, if that matters to you. Doesn't to me, so no issue here
-The earcup size just fits over my ears as well. They're soft and cushioned so might offer some additional give but like the adjustment note above, if you have larger ears you might want to measure or take a closer look.
Overall, I'm very pleased with this purchase and the experience I've had with it so far.

I've never experienced any serious sound latency with these! Maybe if I had wired ones I might notice a difference, but I've never noticed anything as is, and these are noticeably more synced than any other bluetooth speaker or headset I have. Good quality mic, too. The ears do get kind of scratchy, but I don't get headaches wearing them too long, which is an issue I've had with other headsets. The audio quality does get noticeably worse when you're more than a couple yards away from my PC, but I think that's kind of expected. I wish they had more colors but that's a personal problem. Big fan.
I don't really like when devices require an application to work, but the Logitech application is at least very unobtrusive.
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback on the Logitech G535 headset! We appreciate you taking the time to highlight both the positive aspects and areas for improvement.

Better than the G733 according to RTINGS

According to the professional reviewers at RTINGS, this set of headphones gets better sound quality than the G733. It is comfortable for long gaming sessions. Better still, there is no RGB lighting (who wants that on headphones), so you get better battery life compared to the G733. The charging port is USB-C, and the mic can be muted just by flipping it up (unlike a lot of other Logitech wireless headsets such as the G733). For all the advantages over the G733, this headset is also about $50 cheaper.
The sound quality is quite good considering the price. It's not going to make audiophiles salivate, but for the price, they sound good.
Thanks to the Lightspeed connection, the lag is imperceptible. You will not have sound synching issues.
As with all wireless PC peripherals, make certain you plug the Lightspeed dongle into a USB hub that is placed on your desktop, or the connection might be shoddy.
The USB-C port is only for charging. You cannot connect to the PC via USB. Yes, you can charge the headphones and use them at the same time.
Downside 1: the GHUB software will not tell you how much battery life is left. You have to go by the color of the LED when you turn it on.
Downside 2: the software is not smart enough to automatically switch your Windows sound device to headphones when you turn these on. You will have to manually switch the sound source through the system tray or system settings, then switch back to your speakers when you turn the headphones off.

The mic quality is very good. The range is decent for headphones over a USB dongle. They are very comfortable and I like how it auto-mutes when you flip up the mic.
The plastic on the headset it a little thin/weak. So I could see this accidentally breaking. On the flip side, thin plastic makes it light and easy to wear for longer periods of time.
