I like most people have a bunch of old computer mice hanging around their home, some with wires, some with trackballs, etc. I went to Best Buy to get a new keyboard because the one I got from Amazon broke. I stumbled upon this keyboard and mice combo and got it on sale. I'm so impressed with this product and to anyone who needs a new keyboard or a new mouse this one is perfect since it's wireless. The keyboard is comfortable to type on and has a decent key travel. The mouse was initially very responsive and a bit jumpy but I fixed it by lowering the settings. Overall my experience with this product has been very positive and the value is far beyond the price I paid.

Keys not much better than notebook keyboards..

This seemed like a reasonable proposition at $20 from BB and competitors, but the keys are not much removed from the horrific chicklet style haunting current laptop designs. If you're used to banging away on a laptop I don't see this does much for you. If you're seeking a desktop quality keyboard, by all means pass this one by. I found the Logiteck MK270 to be a far better (closer to desktop) keyboard experience and available at the same price elsewhere. This MK235 is headed back to BB without a second thought. The jury is still out on the MK270. For portable use it may be difficult to find a keyboard which offers a substantially better user experience compared to the joke laptop keyboards, such that it justifies lugging around. For intensive work the lack of comfortable usage pretty much sends these back to the store. I suppose a narrow window of application such as low frequency HTPC interaction while you're on the sprawled out on the couch may be the only compelling use case.

This is definitely worth the price! Everything about this product is simple. I purchased online and pickup up in the store. Once home I got this out of the box and installed the batteries provided (one for the keyboard and one for the mouse), plugged the wireless receiver into a USB port on the computer and it was up and running. Both keyboard and mouse are very responsive and work great. Only thing I wish this keyboard had was a light indicator to show you in the "cap lock" button was pressed but that's not a big deal. I highly recommend this for the price, it works great for my needs.

Overall, the keyboard and mouse works well. The keyboard is responsive and has an ok feel to the key press. It is also nice and light. It does feel a little cheap, but so far is holding up well. As for the mouse, it works as intended. No issue with connecting or delayed response. Like the keyboard, it feel a little cheap. Not as nice as Logitech's other mice. The reason for only 4 Stars is that the keyboard and mouse are not compatible with the logitech Unifying system so if you loose the usb receiver or it dies, the Keyboard and mouse could be useless.

I needed a keyboard fast and spoke to a friend who said he saw a low cost wireless combo in stock at the Wetmore Store (Tucson). I went, found it & read the packaging. With first use I was surprised how noisy the clicking sound is of the board and mouse compared to my last keyboard. I did get used to that. However, prior to purchase I failed to notice a light does not appear when caps lock is on. If I make a keystroke mistake I don't see my errror quickly. I did not want to bother with a return after set up. Buy low cost and get low results. I like the mouse compared to other wireless ones I've used which friends have.

I bought this to use with the Samsung Chromebook I bought. It is simple to use. I plugged the chromebook into a large tv via HDMI. Plugged the little usb adapter that came with the keyboard combo into the Chromebook. Then for less than $200.00 I found myself with a beautiful screen, simple computer set-up that was fast and easy to use. For a not very technical person, I was astonished by the results! A great "all in one" desktop like setup that was multi functional.

I found this set on a deal one day and really fell in love with it. This set comes with a great mouse (Logitec model M170), K235 keyboard, their batteries, and a wireless adapter. I like the color and the feel of the keyboard. It is quite solid and unique in its own way. It does not take too long to get used to it if you have been previously using other keyboard types. One thing I wish it has is the indicator light on the caps lock. Other than this, I am very pleased with the whole set.

Wow, I messed up on this one! Searched Google for the MK270 and this item turned up. Didn't think to verify that it was the right one. I love the 270. It's cheap, ergonomic, stylish, and has good tactile feedback. Unfortunately for me, this is the M170 and it has none of these. The keyboard is a light grey color, the key travel is mushy, and worst of all, the mouse is tiny, angular, and hard to hold. Honestly, spent the extra $8 to upgrade. Your wrists will thank you.

This is one of those products you gift to someone else, don't expect much since this unit works more so on the individual side. Once you plug in the one adaptor that supposed to connect both units you'll have both working 50 % of the time. Returned this product and the second one had the same issue mind you the usb ports I used most of the time were 3 inches away for both the keyboard and mouse.

It’s a bare bones wireless keyboard with a numeric keypad in a package about as small and light as you can get. Even so, there is still sufficient space between sections that the keys don’t feel jammed together. Touch of the keys is light and just as I like. Only thing I miss is an indicator of shift-lock status. There’s no light that I can see. Sure this probably makes the battery last longer. I don’t use the mouse it came with, so I can’t say anything about it.

We got a new computer and wanted the wireless capabilities. We decided to just go with the cheap $15 keyboard and mouse, and the keyboard doesn't like to connect. The mouse works great but the keyboard cuts in and out all the time. We tried changing USB ports and moving the computer around to see if it just wasn't getting signal or what, but it still doesn't work. We have to use the "on-screen keyboard" most of the time until we can get a better keyboard.

I was pressed for funds when I needed to replace my keyboard. I think it was priced even a few dollars more than it is now but still good. However, I failed to notice the absence of an important feature for me. My other keyboard had a small red light come on when Caps Lock went on. It caught my attention. Now when I'm sloppy in typing I go on for a while without noticing. I love the wireless option but would purchase another keyboard with that feature.

After getting my daughter a new laptop, we found that she needed an external wireless keyboard and mouse set, given that she enjoyed editing and working on videos. We were already having budgetary constraints following the purchase of her laptop, MS Office and bag. Fortunately, Best Buy had this handy and easy-to-use wireless keyboard/mouse set at only about $15 and which turned out to be a good choice for her needs.

I went from a 12 year old Microsoft 4000 wave(ergonomic) keyboard and mouse to this junk. I've used it for a few hours and I can't find the keys without looking, so I ordered a Microsoft 5050 which will arrive in a few days. THe mouse is too small as well. It's basically the bare minimum wireless set up you can get. I will keep it as a backup in case of an emergency but this thing is junk

This is great option if you are looking for a wireless mouse and keyboard. works great , the keyboard feels smooth and responsive. The only issue that I have is you have to use the mouse power on switch to have the keyboard work. So if loose your mouse the keyboard is useless. Would have been great if both could work independently.

I am enjoying the keyboard feel, and the mouse is fine. My only issue is that the keyboard has no power button to turn it off periodically. I keep it in my lap, and sometimes I put something on top of it. I can't do that with this one because the keys register input with any weight. So I have to put it aside first & then retrieve it. Minor issue.

I got just what I wanted in my wireless keyboard and mouse set. My only disappointment was that although I had ordered and prepaid online for store pickup in hopes of saving time, the article wasn't available for me when I reached the store as Best Buy's email had indicated it would be. The sales people were very courteous and apologetic, but it nevertheless took considerably longer than I had planned for it to take.

I rarely use it, but I'd never buy this as my main keyboard if I was actually working on it. The keys are flush and the action is heavy. There are no indicators for all caps or numerics. It functions just fine for my meager needs, but anyone who does any actual keyboarding will be very frustrated!

Purchased this on clearance as I needed a cheap wireless keyboard mouse setup. Gets the job done for what I'm looking for and was priced right. One important thing to note, the miniature receiver that comes with this combo IS NOT THE "unifying receiver" that comes with the other more "expensive" Logitech wireless peripherals. As such, this receiver will only work with this combo.

I bought this wireless set while I was up in Albuquerque house sitting for some close friends. I had my laptop with me and kept having problems with typing correctly on its keyboard. Enter in the Logitech system that helped cure the problems and let me do my thing on the laptop with much more accuracy. Excellent sale price when I bought it - Happy Camper here!
