I drove over to Best Buy to have some just to look at and find out if I was the problem. I was told i had to bring my whole unit in. This is the third or fourth problem I have had. I was'nt able to use my Best Buy card as I was told it had expired. So we cut it up. Now I still receive mail telling me that I still have credit.

My only issue is that the mouse is a little too small and makes my hand cramp after a while. It is also too sensitive and has a tendency to jump around the screen.
