Unfortunately, it started acting up after the 30-day return period, so I'll have to reach out to Logitech support. The mouse works perfectly fine, even when the keyboard stops working for 5-10 seconds, so likely just a defective keyboard.

Mouse is good. -2 stars because the keys became noticeable louder as time went on. After 3-4 months of use the frequently used keys are now no more silent than a regular keyboard. The whole selling point of this keyboard for me was the "silent touch" feature. To make sure I am not wrong, I tired pressing some of the less frequently used keys and they are still "silent", but the ones that are used daily are now just as loud as a normal basic office keyboard. Not a bad keyboard, but would not purchase again because the silent keys feature does not last.
