Even though the Best Buy description states that a "Unifying Receiver" is included it is not. Also this keyboard will not connect to an existing unifying receiver.

Hello, I am sorry to hear about the missing receiver. They sometimes hide it in the bottom of the mouse for safe keeping. If it is not located there, this device has a warranty through Logitech. You can file a claim for a replacement USB on the support page for this item on Logitech.com. I hope this helps! Thank you for taking the time to write this review, we appreciate the feedback.

Description incorrect. I am specifically looking for a keyboard with AA batteries. Description said battery type AA, with number of batteries being 3. In reality, it did require 3 batteries, but 2 AAA for they keyboard and 1 AA battery for the mouse. Very disappointed.

Hello, Very sorry to hear about your disappointment with what kind of batteries are used with the MK320---it's clearly stated on the website and on the box as well. If you're looking for a keyboard that uses exclusively AA batteries, than the MK540 would be what you'd want. Here is a link to the product page:  https://www.logitech.com/en-us/products/combos/mk540-advanced-wireless-keyboard-mouse.920-008671.html. Hope that you found this helpful and that all is going well. Thank you for being a Logitech customer. - Richard from Logitech

I’m really happy with this keyboard and mouse set. Setting it up was super easy — just plug in the receiver and it’s ready to go. The keyboard feels comfortable to type on, and the keys are quiet, which I like. The mouse is a good size too, not too small like some others I’ve used. The battery life has been great so far, and the wireless connection has been solid with no lag. Definitely a great option if you’re looking for something simple, reliable, and affordable.

It's a great purchase. The keys are nice, it's wireless...and the batteries last a long time too. Its easy to use, it's plug and play. The mouse works well, both are built well so should be good and durable. They look nice, and they are loud or annoying to use.

This is standard Logitech fare: solid product at a great value that will last a reasonable amount of time. Keys have a good feel, good amount of travel, and are reasonably quiet. Mouse is good, but is still a little smaller than a standard mouse, but not noticeable for most users, unless they prefer a larger mouse. Batteries last a long time(and you don't have to worry about turning on/off when not in use as the sleep mode is very efficient) and connectivity is never a problem. Plug and play on almost every computer.

This keyboard comes with a plastic sleeve that fits over the keyboard. The spacebar thumb action will put a hole in the plastic sleeve but only there. The rest of the plastic sleeve doesn't seem too affected by the other fingers. There is no Caps-lock light, just the sound. The rest of the learning curve is fairly slight. Seeing through the plastic sleeve can be difficult with a desk lamp on. Off switch. Comes with a, so far, reasonable mouse. My personal experience with logic mouses is not great. Logitech is good though.

    An Ideal Keyboard

The MK320 wireless keyboard and mouse is an excellent keyboard. I use it in conjunction with my laptop that is connected (using an HDMI cable) to a large screen TV which then becomes the computer's monitor. No squinting. The MK320 has a number of appealing features. It is full size, so no fumbling with overly sensitive keys of a awkward nature. When using the LAPTOP'S keyboard, the CURSOR tended to jump back into previously written paragraphs, creating confusion, and requiring constant vigilance on my part to avoid that annoyance. Using the MK320 prevented that from happening. The WIRELESS MOUSE is quick and convenient with a scroll button, so I don't have to "play with my finger" on the LAPTOP'S cursor pad. I simply use the mouse as I would with any full-size computer keyboard. The key pressure of the MK320 is very comfortable, making typing a pleasure. Also, it has a large DELETE button the size of two keys. That is a great feature. It has all the other convenience keys found on more expensive keyboards. The VOLUME keys are conveniently isolated along the top corner to avoid having to search for them. All in all, it is one great keyboard, and after I discovered it, it became my preferred keyboard. I have purchased it numerous times. You can't go wrong acquiring this product. It is available at Best Buy, along with other more expensive keyboards, so you may have to look for it, but it is definitely worth it.

I am using the set with a ASUS laptop and it works perfectly. Good feel to the keyboard. Nice spacing and easy to type. Just plugged and started to use. The F keys work even better with my programs than the ASUS. The mouse is a bit small and does not work on as many surfaces as most other mouses I have used, but acceptable. Been using over a month and the initial batteries are still working fine. I would highly recommend this set.

Bought this because my work issued me a laptop so it paired up perfectly using the USB. I also could connect it to my new Samsung HD SmartTV. I can browse the internet with ease and pay my bills online. It’s very convenient and user friendly. No hassles or complications. I can always switch back and forth using it from the TV or working on my laptop. It’s very thin and lightweight so doesn’t take up too much space. Great quality for the price for simple technology accessories. Highly recommended!

Wireless keyboard and M190 wireless mouse combo

This is a combo of a wireless keyboard and an M190 wireless mouse. Both are paired to a single USB wireless receiver (2.4 GHz presumably) and work well. The only thing I’m not liking about the mouse is that below the point on the sides of the mouse where I usually grip, it continues to get narrower toward the bottom of the mouse, so fingers tend to slide down towards the bottom, unlike, for example, an M325 that flares back out again, making a little spot where your fingers tend to stay, which the M190 doesn’t do,

Thanks for the thoughtful review! It’s great to hear the MK320 combo is working well overall, especially with the convenience of a single USB receiver. Your observation about the M190’s grip design is really insightful—ergonomics can make a big difference in comfort and control, especially during long use.

If you prefer a mouse with a more contoured shape like the M325, you might want to explore other models that offer that flared grip feel—something like the M705 or even the Lift Vertical could be worth checking out depending on your preferences.

Appreciate you sharing the nuance—it helps others make informed choices too! Logitech

Both the keyboard and mouse are completely usable, with my only gripes being about things that are simply unavoidable at this price point. The keyboard feels/sounds surprisingly decent to type on, and the mouse is O.K. despite the very low cost of this bundle. My top 3 issues are: a) sticky substance on the mouse, especially the scroll wheel; b) gray buttons on the top row of the keyboard being a little difficult to press, and; c) everything being made of ultra-cheap plastic (which is to be expected of a bundle of this price). Overall, surprisingly good for $25 and definitely worth it for people who just need to interact with their computer.

I had used a laptop exclusively for the last few years until I got a new desktop and got this keyboard and mouse combo. I had forgotten how nice it is to have a full size keyboard! Also, the number pad is great! The only down side is the receiver, I have always been partial to Bluetooth so I don't use a USB port, but sometimes it is glitchy and disconnects and that doesn't happen with this. Also, the desktop has plenty of USB ports so also not an issue.

They feel cheap and kinda flimsy. I don't use either for gaming because one well-placed ragequit tantrum would easily reduce this keyboard to grey dust. As a pretty weak guy I'm fairly confident I could pull a Lennie Small and accidentally squeeze this mouse into oblivion. That said- batteries last forever, wireless range is seemingly infinite, no noticeable input latency, and you literally get a mouse and keyboard for like 30ish bucks. If you don't have unreasonable expectations and also aren't a suspect in the murder of Curley's wife then yeah buy this with confidence

On my desk I don't have much room and it is so convenient to be able to move the keyboard around at will. It seems to be holding up just as well as any other and I have had no issues with connectivity. The battery life with a couple of AAA batteries is very good. I've used it for quite some time on the set of batteries that came installed int he device. The mouse I did not use due to personal preference because I wanted a trackball device. The mouse however did go to my job and the two of the staff that use it have had no issues with that as well.
