Mouse feels pretty good and works as expected. Like how both keyboard and mouse work off the a single USB transmitter.

Great product for my IPTV box

Also they come with default settings that are different than other products. The mouse wheel scroll is set to be smooth and you have to download software to disable it. They keyboard function keys are preprogrammed that are different as well. F2 for example brings up the mail application (instead of selecting the file name of a selected file in explorer). F5 brings up the default music player (instead of refreshing a page in your browser for example).
