I took it back , and they explained to me what I was doing wrong. I took it back home and it is working perfectly now. I am completely satisfied with the key board and the explanation I was given. As someone who only uses ergonomic keyboards, I was so surprised how easy this one is to type on. It’s my travel keyboard. It’s thin - a MAJOR bonus and has the numeric keypad. The downside, the keys pop off of this style. I have replaced this keyboard twice. They sell the keys online. They also sell a sleeve to store this and if you keep it in a bag or backpack, I highly suggest the sleeve to save the keys from popping off.

Awesome keyboard and mouse combo

It's held up and it still works perfectly. I purchased this set because I needed another for a new device. I'm sure this one will last for years to come. I haven't needed to replace the battery in my older set yet so it uses very little power.

Great typing feel + more desktop space for papers

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I chose to replace my almost new but much larger Logitech keyboard with this one, but not for the obvious reason that it saves a lot of desktop space. I found that after typing on laptop keyboards for many years, I had become very used to the feel and short keystroke of a laptop keyboard. When I switched to a full keyboard, I started making a lot of typing errors. This keyboard has a very laptop feel to it and completely solved this problem! BTW: I like the Logitech M510 mouse that came with the larger keyboard much better than the small one that came with the MK470. Just fits my hand a bit better.

The keyboard is quite heavy and seems sturdy enough. The keys are acceptable. Very similar in feel to a MacBook. Be aware the mouse is a little small and may not suit everyone. I find it's comfortable and the size is ok. This set doesn't use a unifying receiver, so if you lose the dedicated nano receiver your mouse and keyboard become shelf decorations. Again for the price paid I found that trade acceptable.

This Logitech keyboard was the perfect replacement , smooth keys, and connection between computer and keyboard was perfect, keys are not noisy at all, so there is no clacky clacky sound when writing . Overall is a great product for a great price . Totally recommend.
