    This unit came highly recommended by both my son-in-law and the sales person. The keyboard and mouse worked well, until my cat knocked the mouse to the floor! Since then the mouse has not responded as well and is noisier. Yes, the cat is now banned from my home office!

    The key board was missign the drivers and not able to contact Best By, again due the phone system. So I was trying to contact Logitech for help on the drivers and was a a night mara, finally can extend this option no more and I did purchased for $30.00 extra a Driver Care program to help me with the installation of the right drivers and just got it working on 02/01/2022. Please advice vendor the need to add CD drivers with the product. I was going again to return due not able to make to work. Please advice,

      Hello Angelo, Very sorry to hear about the issue you experienced getting the drivers to install on your computer for the MK710 to work, but glad to hear that you got the issue resolved. The drivers should've installed automatically when you plugged in the USB Unifying receiver.
