Keyboard is great, but mouse is horrible

If you just need a mouse for internet shopping, this would be a good setup for you. If you need to do a lot of things that require you to click and drag or highlight text, then avoid this series. We bought two of these (one from Costco and the other from Best Buy), and both of them have the same issue on different work laptops. It is beyond frustrating to have to try to highlight text 3-4 times before it's actually grabbed. I've always used a Logitech wireless mouse so the purchase was thought to be a "no-brainer", but boy was I wrong. We're about ready to trash these and get something else. Let's put it this way, I won't even send this to Goodwill because I'd be showing no good will towards the unsuspecting person who buys it.

I was disappointed because the label was misleading, I thought I was buying a Bluetooth enabled keyboard and mouse without the usb but I was wrong and didn’t bother returning the items.

This is a wireless keyboard. The keys are responsive. However, they could have been better.

Replaced an older MK700 model due to frequent delays, drop-outs, etc. Newer model 710 uses 2.4GHz technology. I haven't had a single delay so far. Keys respond smooth and reliably. Mouse tracks well on desk with wood grain pattern. Everything is working well.

When I first got the keyboard I was happy enough. Then had to use the ompurter elsewhere. When I reconnennectex the computer to wireless keyboard I got nothing. Batteries were fine so I am frustrated. This is my second identical keyboard bu I don't need a third strike. I am out of this system
