It’s a decent product for the price range and both mouse and keyboard are worth for the money
Thank you for your feedback on the Logitech - MK850! We're glad to hear that you're finding both the keyboard and mouse to be good value for the price.

I bought these to replace an older Logitech wireless keyboard/mouse set that I've had for years. The keyboard is lightweight and the mouse is a good size to fit my hand. Both work very well and I'm pleased with them. The only things I'd change are having some sort of indicator light to make it obvious that the keyboard is on and having dedicated volume up/down/mute buttons would be nice.

Love this MK850 keyboard! I have been using it for almost a year with no complaints. I did have difficulty at first because some of the keys are not in the same place as my previous keyboard, and there is no dedicated Windows key. But I found lots of answers on the internet. The handrest is very comfortable. Also, the mouse pairs up nicely. So al in all, very satisfied

DO NOT BUY, NEAR FRAUDULENT, in my experience and opinion!
i will never buy logitech because of this product(and one other),
best buy has lost a great deal of respect for carrying this product and selling it to me, why am i not buying from amazon instead if the product quality control is no different?
i have purchased two of this exact thing a year an a half apart, and they both have the exact same issues.
both the mouse and keyboard CONSTANTLY disconnect and reconnect while you are in the middle of typing or moving the mouse. the amount of lag delay is unheard of in the modern day. the stuff in the 90's was higher quality.
when it disconnects, it will stop typing, but it will remember everything, so while your trying to figure out what is going on, when it finally reconnects it will spam everything you typed while it disconnected.
i have tried updating the firmware, the drivers. there are none, they make you download their bloatware(useless), and there are no specific options for drivers or firmware(their firmware update software will not recognize product). and even so, i got the same exact model over a year apart, if it was a driver issue it should have been updated in the product by now. if a billion dollar company cant provide a full product at sale, how are they still a billion dollars?
i would define this as literal fraud on logitechs part, and best buy should be ashamed and holds partial responsibility i think.
i have hooked this up to 5 different computers, with or without the dongle, it behaves this way.
my current main computer is brand new, and modern. it is not anything but this product at fault.
i have been a lifelong exclusive to logitech mice and keyboards my whole life. i will never touch this trash to me company again, something seems to have happened to their quality control, perhaps they write it down for tax purposes but dont actually invest in it?

Keys were too loose wobbly I like the lower flat and clickier keys of the more expensive logitech MX series Key Board and Mouse. Keys on the MX are lower profile and I like the way the keys type better than this model This one is ok but for me and how much I use the mouse and key board so worth the extra expense upgrading to the MX Logitech series and seem much more solid and better built

I use this setup to switch between 3 machines that connect to my dual monitor setup (which has 3 inputs per monitor). This allows me to avoid using a KVM and have a cleaner desk, plus they are wireless! I use one computer with the included receiver and the other two computers are connected via bluetooth. All connections work flawlessly. In terms of comfort, these are middle of the road I'd say, but way better than working on a laptop KB/Mouse. Works perfectly for my setup!

I wanted to get a cordless keyboard and mouse set while I am working from home. That way I can easily pick everything up when my cats jump up on my work station. So far in the last month and a half using this, it has done what I wanted it to do. My only complaint, and I don't think it is the keyboard's fault, is I have had a more difficult time typing on it, It is probably the shape because I am use to typing on a small rectangle keyboard. If I could give int a 4.5 I would.
