No issues with the headset until out of nowhere, the connection stops working. It was recognized by her work computer (Windows 11, HP) and my Mac (Sonoma 14.6.1), but there was no sound/no mic. After an hour and a half of troubleshooting with internal IT, we isolated the issue to a faulty USB port. Neither the USB C or USB A would work to get input or output, and we directly connected the device to the computers (not the docking station). I’m trying to get Logitech warranty to send a replacement, since we’re well outside of the Best Buy return/exchange period, but so far, they’re a hassle to deal with. Do not purchase.
