I hear great and I get good reports on the mic. The headphones are a little tight so I have to lift them away from my ear about every half hour. I also like the speech moniting and the mic kill when I left the mic.

It has good sound quality and it's pretty comfortable to wear. The noise-reduction when wearing them means I can hear better, and block out the distraction of my co-workers talking when we're in meetings etc.

These, however, are very comfortable and I can wear them for hours with no problems at all. Oh, and the sound quality is good.

Which you will be doing if your using it for work.

Flip up mute mic is very convenient. I can play phone music full volume right next to the mic and other party can't hear it. The mic quality is fantastic. Made work from home much much easier

Downside is that I have to use them all day for work and they leave my ears sore before the end of the day, even though the earpieces are pretty cushiony.
