NO adjustment fom Cell

If you are experiencing issues with the rechargeable functionality of the device, please use the service number that came with the packaging or call 800.785.6052 and select option "2" for more support. Please have proof of purchase handy when you call in for support.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Small but mighty, I am pleasantly surprised with these. A lot of people I talk to say they don’t even notice I’m wearing them, but I notice how much more I’m hearing. The customer service helped with my initial setup and they were very understanding. Still getting to understand the phone app part, but comforting to know that help is there if needed.
