A: Mine does not connect to phone to play audio to calls. Bluetooth connects to the app to make adjustment to the frequencies and volume.

A: Hi there. The OTC fio Premium Rechargeable Hearing Aids does work with Android, however, they do not stream and are only used as a controller within the LucidShape App.

A: The 4 pre programmed programs are the same for every buyer, using our programs developed in partnership with UT Dallas and based on nearly 100k audiograms. These programs support up to 92% of those with mild to moderate loss. If you are needing a more personalized fit, for an additional fee, you can have your OTC hearing aid prescribed to your specific hearing loss. Thank you!
