We were in a dire situation. We shopped all over looking for the best option for our Maytag dryer, discussed other brand options, colors, sizes, pricing, etc. We worked with David at the BestBuy over on Academy and he helped us clear all of those details up and had the washer there the following Saturday, which happened to be 4th of July. It’s the nosiest washer I’ve ever owned. It washes well with no balancing issues so far but it sounds like it’s coming apart when you load it halfway.

Amazing washer for a top loader! This is our first washer/dryer we have purchased and can't say enough great things about it. Can't do too big of a load. I often overfill my loads and have ruined my clothes that way. Doesn't spike up the utilities much either.

Delivery service and install very well done! No complaints. Actually read the instructions on this machine because the features were such an improvement over our old machine and it took a few loads to make sure we used them. Love the efficiency of this machine, even with the short time we have used it. With the electronics on this machine [and the dryer we purchased as a pair] we covered our future maintenance with additional repair insurance beyond the manufacturer's warranty coverage.

So easy to operate and clothes smells freshly cleaned with no powdery like substance on clothing fabrics.

I really like the washer and I am glad I purchased so far. The only issue is that I am 5 feet 3 inches and have to use a stool to reach bottom and also kind of loud when spinning.

Easy use with applications and pleased with the quality

We replaced an LG that was less only around 4-5 years old but it had a history of erroring out at UE (uneven load) when the washer was perfectly level. My wife hated that washer. Prior to buying the LG we always had Maytag or Whirlpool and I decided to go back to Maytag. This washer is great and very nice to have wifi technology to tell us when the wash is complete.

The only brand I buy. My first set bought in 1980 we sold with our house in 2003 and they still worked like new. The second set we bought in 2003 I just traded in on my current set in 2023. The washer had a slipping transmission and the dryer worked like new. We are getting 20plus years out of our Maytags so i am very please!!!

Sleek look and able to handle large loads of laundry. We wash multiple blankets at a time without issue.

Works better than expected. great washer no complaints.

We have had front loading washers for the last 20+ years. So many problems & repairs. This top loading washer has everything we wanted & the system should not give us the balance problems the front loaders did. The only problem we have had is the washer requires a "clean" cycle every 30 washes & there is no way to cancel that when you have already loaded the washer & no warning that the next wash will require a clean cycle.

Works like a dream! Easy to use, and truly does a great job getting stains out!
