Wesley and Chris from the Geek Squad were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They made recommendations concerning the tv and mount that I had bought and they delivered. The Samsung 65”tv which I bought needed two power sources which would have left a dangling cable. They recommend the LG OLED 65 c7p which was a better rated TV and comparable in cost. They also recommended a smaller mount which would not stick out so much from the wall due to the size of my living room. There was no pressure when recommendations were made. They actually took all the items back to Best Buy were I met them to conduct the exchanges. The installation was done very professionally and with explanations of all the steps. The Tv was programmed, hooked up to my WiFi, remotes programmed, Netflix and Amazon apps set up and the new sound bar was also installed and programmed. They cleaned up and removed all the boxes too! I will definitely use Best Buy again and request them.

This is the 2nd time Chad at Geek Squad has install a 55” tv and sound system and mounted it to either the tv stand in the living room or a swivel wall mount in the man cave. Chad and his crew are always very helpful and explain how to operate everything, and always make sure everything works as it should or in some cases even better than I imagined they should work. Chad always asks if I would like things installed in a certain way instead of just going ahead and putting it up the way the installer once did from another company many years ago, Well worth the money having it installed right with an expert to explain and teach the customer how to properly operate and perform all the functions on the systems that you purchase; tv, sound systems, remotes, mounting systems and such.

Rich, Kevin and John all provided excellent service, set up and installation for my new TV. They were knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. They were super clean, wearing booties over their shoes coming in and out. They also vacuumed sheet rock dust as they were cutting wall so it didn't make a mess. They took their time measuring for the bracket to make sure it would be where I wanted it to be. They made sure wires were hidden since I have an open tv shelf. You could tell they took pride in what they do and it wasn't just a job to them. Even though I was their last job they made sure I was totally happy before leaving. Great job!

Spent the morning setting up TV and sound system. They zip tie all the wires together. This makes the system look neat, but the zip ties have to be cut when adjustments or new equipment are added. They were very friendly and worked well as a team. They were a little unprepared for the setup and therefore didn't allow enough time to set it up and go through the controls we me. Part of the problem was that the Bose university controll didn't work with the Samsung TV. Will have to figure that one out myself. They did a real good job mounting the TV to the wall and setting up the sound system.

As I wrote in the product review itself -Brandon and Michael are professionals, that I wish their work ethic were universal. It was an excellent investment in the products I bought when I purchased the geek squad support. I cannot compliment Brandon enough for always taking my call , staying on the phone with me for as long as it takes to troubleshoot and usually the troubleshooting is his teaching me how to use my new products. I only hope they stay with the company so I can depend upon them for a long time to come.

After using the Geek Squad for the installation of our new television, we will never do another installation on our own again. They moved our current bracket into position to accommodate our new size and model, organized the tangled mess of all our device cords, programmed our new remote, which works on everything, and left us feeling like we were in control of our viewing and gaming!

This review is in regards to the Best Buy folks that installed the mount and TV. They arrived within the designated window called when they were heading to my house. They had the mount and TV installed within 20 minutes, were obviously knowledgeable of the mount and TV, mated my cable remote to the TV within minutes and did a good job of walking me through the features of the TV.

I was impressed with the courtesy and work quality of the two Geek Squad employees that delivered and setup my TV and Soundbar. They had the tools required to do the job and the knowledge of the products they were installing. All my questions were answered and they cleaned everything up before leaving and hauled away all of the boxes and wrapping. First rate job.

My previous OLED TV developed screen burn after about 6 months!! I had a two year Geek squad, and thank God because LG doesnt cover burn on their warranty. Baought a new OLED, but I took no chances and bought a 5 year plan this time. if i get any more burn in the next 5 years, but then hopefully LG will have solved the problem.

As always with new technology there’s that fear of the unknown, But with the G-Squad installing and explaining every aspect of this new Oled Tv a quiet comfort came over me. I thought for sure they would get annoyed with me asking a million questions but they didn’t. Well mannered and very knowledgeable technicians. Thanks Best Buy

read the fine print, it is very good compared to the competition. The competition will fine a "similar" product and give you the cost of a product you can't really buy. According to Best Buy rules, they will refund your entire purchase price if the can't replace your product with a similar product

Not usually into buying protection plans, but with a purchase of this magnitude, thought it well worth the money. And.........some years ago had this protection on a Geek Squad installed Sony TV/surround sound system, TV went bad first year and with no problems, TV replaced by Best Buy.

I has to purchase this to get better price and benefits on new tv and feel that I didn't need the services. I have installed tv and mount before. The team they sent out was extremely helpful and respectful. They worked with my schedule and kept me up to speed on everything.

Modern smart TV's are large and complicated to mount and configure, esp. when external devices are involved. Geek Squad made this painless, taking care of challenges in the installation (which replaced an older unit) and made sure we knew how to operate our new TV.

It was wonderful to have someone help with the installation of our products that we purchased. They were so fast and respectful of everything they did. They even cleaned up after they were done. It would have taken us twice as long to get everything installed and working.

I purchased a 75 inch tv, was not going to take a chance with trying to mount and lift the thing by myself. I am a bit of a perfectionist myself and they were thorough, and did a fantastic job. When I move they will come and uninstall and install at wherever I will move.

The install was none in just a few minutes ( total 45 minutes) everything was set up ready to start working. they went over all the controls with we and made sure I could operate the TV and Sound. haled away the old TV ( A big rear projection model) .

Geek Squad is so helpful. I can't imagine making the switch to 4K TV without them. They explained everything, hooked up our universal remote and they were SO patient with my steep learning curve. Well worth the month to let them set it up.

Two members of the Geek Squad set up my new LG 65" TV and did a great job. They made sure I understood how to work everything before they left, and also said to call them if I have any questions. So far I have not had to do this.

Never think about Geek Squard TV wall mount service before; however, i gave it a shot. long story short - technician was excellent/ installation was clean, really happy i made right decision to have Geek Squard installed TV on the wall.
