They came in with everything I needed. Installation went smooth. I purchased Samsung 65" 9000 series and the Samsung 5.1 sound system and everything was installed, setup-up, tested, cleaned-up and was shown how to use everything.

I paid for the Geek Squad to install this System, Sony 930e, Sony Receiver and Sony 4K Player. Even though this just sits on a stand well worth having them do it. Everything is balanced just right and working really well.

We purchased the Geek Squad package that consisted of the install of TV, soundbar, setup of functionality, and warranty package which was priced as a bundle saving had the items been purchased separately.

The gentleman that did our install was on time professional and knowledgeable. I think his name was Randy and he remembered my father from when he used to play music at his nightclub. Very personable guy.

The Geek Squad installed our home theater, including TV wall mounting, and configuring our Sonos Playbar, sub woofer and speakers for perfect surround sound. They answered all our questions.

Even after they have left, and even the next day, i called for some info and they were there for me. That was truly a great feeling! These guys know their stuff, and they give you good advice.

two excellent people came out to install my TV on the wall and sound bar. They did a great job and even looked at my other TV on the second floor. very helpful, nice and mostly accommodating.

I bought a 75 inch TV which is a significant investment. They showed up on time, were professional, and didn't leave until it was mounted and configured the way I wanted it. They are great!

With a 65 in expensive tv decided to have them hang it so it would be covered if anything happens like i falls off the wall they did a great job and it was up in no time

Two guys showed up to install the tv I had purchased and they did a great job although they advised me that they could not because of the bracket I had bought lower the tv
