Geek Tech support is great! I'd like to see Best Buy management go back to having Experts in oreas instead of generalists, but the may never happen. Also, I'd like to see the Bradenton Best Buy look like the Wilmington, DE Best Buy. Customers meet with a Geek Squad tech, sitting at a desk, and the tech helps the customer right there and then!! FANTASTIC way to do business.

We were compelled to upgrade from the traditional "classic" MS suite of productivity software, in particular Outlook, to the new Outlook, and it has been a tremendous task, if not disappointment, as much of our data stored in Outlook Notes, have been very frustratingly buried and reformatted in a capacity not easily managed as was in the "Classic" software. Arduous and painful, it makes one detest "productivity", and many of the best technicians are well aware, and just as frustrated with MicroSofts lack of attention to this migration and litany of problems it has created.

Gives me all I expect from the 365 suite on multiple devices.

Excellent product for office work and school work.

I use 365 everyday on my computers and android phone and have been ever since 365 came out. I am willing to pay the annual charge every year because it keeps the program up-to-date continuously.

This product functions as advertised. We plan to purchase it again when this subscription expires.
