Disappointed in new version of Outlook

I have went from a 5 star to a 3 star because I feel the new Outlook is difficult to use and I am so disappointed. For some reason I can get the classic version and sometimes I can't.

It's a good product but paying 100+ a year does not make sense for my basic office needs.

Can Best Buy change?

I'd like to see Best Buy management go back to having Experts in oreas instead of generalists, but the may never happen. Also, I'd like to see the Bradenton Best Buy look like the Wilmington, DE Best Buy. Customers meet with a Geek Squad tech, sitting at a desk, and the tech helps the customer right there and then!! FANTASTIC way to do business.
