This is my 2nd laptop purchase. I welcome the added Microsoft features which makes it easier to access on the computer.

Microsoft 365 was easy to install. I thought I would need to call Best Buy's Geek Squad to help me, but I was able to do it on my own. It is up and running perfectly.

Bought with computer upgrade since my old versions were no longer supported. With the help received from the Geek Squad the transition to the new software was smooth.

Purchased a 12-month subscription when I bought my new HP ENVY x360 laptop recently. It was easy for my tech guy to install, and everything works fast and efficiently. I use WORD most of the time, and having Copilot included can help make my writing and grammar better.

I used this program while I was working. I am so happy to have it at home! The program is easy to use and has all of the features I was looking for. I wish it wasn't a subscription, but that is not a deal breaker for me.

I bought this product as a gift for my daughter to load onto the new laptop I also bought her. She has downloaded the product, and as far as I know, she has not had any problems with it. I have had a Microsoft 365 subscription for several years, and I don't know what I would do without it!!
