The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 is one of the best feeling controllers I have ever used. The build quality overall is great, and modularity is a bonus. The options to wirelessly charge or using the USB-C cable is also great. Battery life has been awesome for how often I use the controller for PC gaming. This controller connects to your PC by either pairing via Bluetooth, direct connection using the included USB-C cable, or by purchasing a separate Microsoft USB dongle. I have not had any stick drift issues thus far, but I did purchase the extended warranty from Microsoft for $20. I bought this controller on sale which in my opinion is still expensive for what this is. If this was a controller at the $120 price, it would definitely be worth it.
Likes: Build quality, modularity, battery life; hard shell case, all the cables included
Dislikes: Poor Bluetooth connectivity
Oh, by the way: After connecting this controller to my newly built PC, it struggled to keep a wireless connection. This controller worked perfectly fine when directly connected. I downloaded all the drivers necessary and tried some other trouble shooting recommendations, but in the end, the Bluetooth on this controller just plain sucks. I went and purchased the Microsoft controller USB dongle and all my wireless connection issues were resolved with this controller. If you want wireless play via PC, the USB dongle is a much buy unfortunately.

I have the Dualsense Edge for my PS5 Pro so I wanted to get another controller with the back buttons for the PC. I play a lot of Marvel Rivals and 3rd person shooters on PC so I wanted a controller with back buttons that work with every game. I'm getting adjusted to the extra buttons but overall I'm happy. The manager price matched Target so I got it for a great price, $134.99. The controller comes with a nice charging case and plenty of accessories to adjust your controller.

Ever since I first laid hands on the first Elite controller... I could NEVER go back to the basic one. It wasn’t perfect but it was a good step in the right direction. Now for the Elite Series 2 controller... its on a whole different new level for me, the tension adjusters on the sticks is what sold me, but the USB-C and longer 40 hours battery was a good hit. For sure the other features like slimmer paddles and Bluetooth for PC or Android use, even works with my NVidia shield ... however this must be an Apple iOS thing cuz I can’t get it to be seen by my iPhone while in pairing mode. Above all I HIGHLY recommend it if you are medium to heavy gamer. It’s definitely with the $30 more than the series 1

The Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller delivers premium performance with customizable paddles, adjustable tension sticks, and swappable parts. Comfortable ergonomic design and excellent build quality enhance long play sessions. Precise controls and smooth triggers make it ideal for competitive gaming. Long battery life and robust software features justify its higher price.
Premium feel wouldn't go back to another controlle

This thing is dense and has weight, doesnt feel cheap and as plasticish or light. It feels very premium, havent changed any button layout o but its fine the way it is, I like the fact it is usb-c for faster charging. I havent tried Bluetooth since wired is my favored way to play. Very well worth the money and investment that comes with a charging dock in the case. I love the magnetic buttons on this little beast too.The back triggers work great with im extremely happy with.

There's a reason for the price. The Elite series 2 stands out against any other remote in every aspect. Quality, build, battery life, customization options. Well worth the price.

The Microsoft Elite Series 2 Core Controller is awesome! The controls are super responsive, and you can customize everything, which is great for gaming. The battery lasts forever, so no need to charge it all the time. It's a bit pricey, but worth it for serious gamers. Highly recommend!

So far this controller has held up better than the battery operated ones. Those kept giving out or not connecting to the Xbox. My son is kinda rough on his things and so far I’m satisfied with the durability. I also got the 2 year coverage just in case.

This is Top notch controller on the market this purchase was actually my second one because I fell in love with the first .
Controller feel in the hand is 5/5
Customization is simple 5/5
Mapping and U.I simple user friendly 5/5
I’ve had other customizable controllers but they were to complicated to use every week there was a firmware update and the quality felt cheap .
The only downside is that this controller does NOT come with a wireless dongle . I’m still going to give the controller 5 stars but in the future XBOX / Microsoft please add the wire dongle in the box .

Overall I really do like the elite controllers, this one specifically had an issue with the left bumper but I'm assuming that's an abnormality. The extra buttons on the bottom are some of the most comfortably designed I've ever used. If you catch these on sale they are amazing, I'd love to find a less expensive option, but so far not much else compares.

I’ve been using the Xbox Elite Series 2 Core controller for a while now, and it’s honestly a game-changer. Customizable buttons are the greatest. The ability to swap out thumbsticks and adjust the trigger sensitivity also help a lot. It feels solid and substantial in your hands.
The battery life, is a huge plus—no need to constantly charge it (though I usually do). It also survived a bluberry beer spill almost immediately after unboxing. Bonus.
The only downside I've found is the price, which is why I took so long to buy one.

You get what you expect, it’s an elite controller, lasted me almost 3 years of consistent use so that’s a big plus especially with all the removable parts

Love this controller, bought first Gen and 2nd Gen twice now. After a few years the rubber mats on left side started to separate, while trying to fix it, I made it worse. So I bought another. Long lasting battery, tons of great customization I can switch up even mid game. Look fwd to Gen 3 but will today enjoy and recommend this controller to everyone

I've tried many controllers thru out my gaming life and i think the elite 2 is there best one so far for me because i still use the xbox one chat pad and no other controllers offer a way to attach it. Plus the warranty is good on replacement when but to the ringer as yhey say.

Weight of it feels just right and u can definitely feel the quality. Charging thing I’m not sure how to use cuz it’s a bit low to the table. Still cool tho lel
