This is my new favorite keyboard. I love it! It's super comfortable and my typing is faster. The lower profile is perfect for my desk. I have a pull-out keyboard tray and the previous Microsoft ergonomic keyboard was too high profile. I can push it back in with this keyboard and get it out of my way. All in all, very pleased.

    Great for purpose of keyboard!

I got this keyboard due to working from home now for hours on end and ending up being extremely uncomfortable in my wrists and upper back using typing with my regular keyboard after typing non stop for 6-8 hrs/day. This 100% fixed that problem and made working much more bearable. It’s great that I am able to plug it in to my USB port on my Mac desktop and use seamlessly for work then unplug and store when I don’t need it. It is bulky, unattractive and slightly big for my smaller hands but after adjusting my hands/fingers when typing due to the width of the spacing It has been great to use. Overall this most definitely serves the purpose I intended it for and I’m happy with my purchase!

Just could not get used to typing on this. High quality, but the configuration was just too different to switch between it and a normal laptop keyboard.

Microsoft office key ruins the kb

How many times does your palm or finger inadvertently land on the alt or control keys? I dunno, because it doesn’t cause any problems when you do. But this keyboard has a button right next to those that breaks you out of any other app and tries to open office 365, or since I don’t own that product, it is pretty much an advertisement for office 365. It would be one thing if the button was up on the top header row above the fn keys or something, but it’s right in the middle of where your fingers always are. Absolutely horrible to use. Will never buy a MS kb again while they have that button right there.

Replacement for Broken Microsoft Natural Keyboard

My older Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard broke. so I got this one to replace it. It appears to be the newer model. They Keys are quieter. They moved the Right Click menu button to the left of the spacebar, which has messed up my muscle memory for keyboard shortcuts. (I'm using with a Mac.) My biggest issue is the forced flatness of the keyboard. My Old Keyboard had legs in the back so I could tilt the keyboard. This one does not have them. So It's forces to lay flat on my desk. It works well, and does what I need.

I really like having this split keyboard that i bought another one when it was on sale. After many months, still works great. Never had a single issue with it. Use this at home and one at the office for consistent experience. Easy to use when trying to type with two hands as each hand has their own keys. Also like the position of the keys, the angle of the keys helps with my left hand. Wired ensures i can use it when wireless isn’t available

I am starting to do a lot of typing, and I wanted a keyboard that would help prevent a lot of the strain and potential injury that can normally happen with suddenly doing a lot of typing. Enter this keyboard. Its layout is familiar, yet its design does all that I want it to. My wrists stay neutral, my speed is growing as I get used to everything, and I am very happy. I know there are similar ones with even more function buttons, I can’t say I won’t want one of those later, but this simple approach without a lot of crazy extra features is great for me at this time. For at home or at the office, this will go a long way towards making typing as comfortable as possible.

I have wrist issues and something as simple as typing aggravates my condition. This was recommended to me by a friend at work and I was skeptical; however, he made me a believer. I love this keyboard. So much so that I replaced all my old keyboards with this type at home. The only difference is, some are wireless. Did not take long to adjust to the spilt keyboard. As I mentioned above, I didn’t think this keyboard would make a difference. Typing would cause me such pain, but I’m able to work longer without too much discomfort. I’m so used to this keyboard, it almost feels strange using a regular keyboard.

    Nice basic ergo keyboard

This is a really nice basic ergo keyboard. The wrist rest area is padded and supportive. I have used its precursor, the old Microsoft Natural keyboard for years and years, and this is a good follow up to that product. Pros: well built, comfortable wrist rest, good size keys. Works for Macs and Widows. Wired so no batteries/recharge needed. Cons: the key travel is just a hair to much for my taste. This slows me down a bit when I want to touch type fast. If I don't hit the key right it sticks a bit on the way down. If you are used to touch type with something like a laptop keyboard or Mac's standard keyboard, this will take a little bit to get used to.
