First, the layout of the secondary keyboard (everything but the letter and numeric keypad keys). Depending on how long it takes to retrain your muscle memory, this may or may not be a problem. The second (and a major problem for me) is the lack of legs on the back of the keyboard. If you like the back of your keyboard elevated a bit, either look elsewhere or be prepared to jury-rig something to get it raised. I have owned Microsoft ergonomic keyboards since the very first one in 1994. This is the first one that was not, as far as I am concerned, better than the previous model.
