Highly over priced but it served its purpose. Honestly the ergonomic keyboard are highly overrated.

My only complaint is the wrist rest will hold dust and grit. I still recommend this keyboard.

The keyboard is very wide and though I got used to typing on the split keyboard, the curve of the keyboard actually made the palms of my hands feel uncomfortable and more cramped. Perhaps my hands are too small? I actually started to use another keyboard because the keyboard felt worse than what I originally had. I hope to return it.

A really mediocre item from Microsoft. They really downgraded from the old 4000 kb v 1.0. This thing looks like they pressed it in a plastic mold wholesale instead of assembling them from separate parts. Saved money on costs I guess. Keys feel like keyboard from the 80s again.

I could not use this keyboard, I tried. I work long hours on the computer so I’m very familiar with typing on keyboards but this one I could not get use to. The wrist bar was comfortable but I had to return it.

I like the keyboard but it kept addind letters and making space. Took it back two times to buy. I ended up going to buy a new ergonomic keyboard at staples which works fine. I believe the problem is that dell and Microsoft does not work good together at all.

Did not like the feel of this. Returned for a daskeyboard.

Then the spacebar's spring or whatever got difficult to push. I'm not sure what went wrong with the mechanism, but I only had this keyboard for two months; shy out of the return window. My first line of defense was to contact Best But chat, but because I didn't purchase a Geek Squad warranty plan, the chat employee couldn't do anything for me but to 'contact Microsoft' Trying to contact Microsoft support, as you can imagine, extremely unhelpful. On hold for about an hour after I just gave up. Summary: I guess buy the 20$ warranty

I only use Ergonomic Keyboards. I wanted the same one I have had, but which had now worn out. Best Buy did not have it, so I bought this one. I hated it and returned it. I then found what I wanted on a competitor's website

Tried getting used to it for days but kept having to go back and correct. Didn't know Best Buy's return window was extremely short so due to illness missed the return deadline and stuck with keyboard I can't use so went back to old one.

If you like ergonomic keyboards then that's fine, but for me it's not my still and it's horrible for gaming. I seriously don't know what I was thinking when I bought this for a quick replacement.

Bought for my wife. She gave it back to right after the return window close. The “W” Key stopped working. No signs of damage to keyboard. Will try to get a replace from Microsoft.

This is my 2nd ergonomic keyboard and it may as well be a standard keyboard. It is definitely the last Microsoft ergonomic keyboard I'll ever buy. The LXM-00001 is an older model but nothing about the way it feels is easy on the fingers, hands, or wrists. The keys are too high and heavy and the wrist pad is too low and hard. My Logitech ERGO K860, although over $100 compared to less than $50, is worth every penny.

GREAT LOOK AND IT WORKS, BUT THE LETTERS ARE DISSAPEARING SOME OF THE LETTERS ARE GONE!!. NOW, I HAVE TO BE PREPARE TO BUY A DIFFERENT KEYBOARD!!
