pain to set up hot keys. if you tap a key to wake up the computer from sleep mode, that key will act as if it was held down.

MSFT has cut out alot of functions from this keyboard. Not nearly as good as the one we replaced.

This keyboard is huge. I couldn't hit the right keys after trying for 30 minutes. Returning for a smaller size.

Nothing like the previous 4000, not sure why they got rid of that.

Awkward to use. Tried to use, too difficult to adjust to personally, had to return it.

Bought this keyboard on July 18th 2020, and 2 weeks later after using it for 10 hours/day, the wrist pad is getting discolored. Reached out to Microsoft, who advised to contact Best Buy for a replacement, as they can't do anything since the keyboard works. Really disappointed. The wrist pad is looking like I've had this keyboard for 2 years, not 2 weeks.

Love the fact that it is wired - most keyboards are wireless and very hard to find wired. Keys could be a little "softer" to the touch. Wrist support supportive w/out being overly soft or hard. Does not have a built in mouse pad - would give it a 5 star if it did. Takes a little getting used to but makes a big difference in wrist/hand fatigue with typing all day.

I liked the keyboard a lot but the key “b” keep getting stuck after just one year.

Did not work for me at all, and my hand/fingers are still numb from using it for only about an hour. Same goes for the so called ergonomic mouse from Microsoft. I returned this product as soon as I could back to best buy. It might work for some folks, but not for me.

Worked great at first! Then began an issue with my desktop: on bringing the pc up, no icons appeared on the screen. Try clicking on something that isn't there, it's a nightmare! Plugged in old keyboard, no problem. Tried this one again, same thing! Still using old keyboard. This one was a waste of time and money.

The keyboard was a piece of crap it broke after 13 days .Best Buy was a nightmare I will never ever use Best Buy for anything ever again after the way they treated my wife .telling her that if she didnt have enough money to buy a better one she shouldnt of came to Best buy

The front does not raise up and makes it uncomfortable to use.

I have been happy with my purchase of the Microsoft ergonomic keyboard, mechanical version. It seems a little less bulky and has a more sleek look compared to the one I had been using for many, many years, which was the same model, but eventually started malfunctioning, in its old age.

Did not like the product so much..the rave reviews may be did not work for me..i was constantly typing incorrect letters as the keyboard is just different..it may take a while to get used to

The product works nice aboit three weeks and then stops. It then keys what it wants, when it eants, but not what you key. The product is no longer returnable so I am stuck with something that does not key correctly.

Keyboard does not work it does not work when i try to press anything, unfortunately i bought it ans didnt open it for a month and probably cant return it

I bought a wireless keyboard this is wired the salesman was mean and very bothered I was there to buy things and he ordered me the wrong keyboard.

I do ALOT of typing. The spread between the keyboard sides is too wide and I have large hands. Spend a little more and get a Logitech if your serious about heavy typing

Thought ergonomic would be easier on hands but its funky and cannot type as fast with this keyboard, returned it

This keyboard has stopped working after 2 months! Trying to find anything warranty related from Microsoft and what a pain!
