I bought this due to an overuse injury at my desk job. Since using this the pain has decreased significantly. I was surprised the padding below the keyboard is as soft as it is, I expected it to be cheap feeling since it was the cheapest ergo keyboard I found online. The attachable/removable bar it comes with to raise it up is a nice bonus that made using it even better. It's got a soft feel and quiet sound when typing. I like that it comes with shortcut keys (1, 2, 3) at the top left. Overall I'm very satisfied with this keyboard and would definitely recommend to anyone in need of an ergonomic keyboard, especially if you have any sort of hand, finger, wrist, etc. injury but still need to work.

This is about the fifth iteration of this keyboard, and as usual, I love it. It is always comfortable and the tactile feel as the keys spring back for the next press, is comfortable and natural. To enhance this purchase, which I bought for work, I also got the Microsoft ergonomic mouse. These are plug in. They also make a wireless model as well. Great product. Will always by this one if I need a new one, somewhere. I highly recommend it. The base of the keyboard is a soft comfortable springy material that makes a perfect arm rest. Best Buy always carries them. Kudos to Best Buy!

Bought as OPEN BOX. Computer could not find keyboard. Best buy note inside box indicated that the item was defective and needed to be tested.

Returned. No way I could get used to the odd shape of this keyboard. Could not type without a bunch of errors

Awkward to use. If you learned on this type of keyboard I am sure it would be okay. Takes up to much space.

Total garbage it’s super awkward if you aren’t used to typing on an ergonomic design and my s key didn’t work.

Dedicated key to fire up OFFICE, REALLY ???? WHO NEEDS THAT??? HOW VERY ANNOYYING!!!

Doesn't have the forward folding legs anymore. Waste of time and money for me.

No way to raise the top part of the keyboard. It sits way too low.

This ergonomic keyboard is great for my carpel tunnel. No more pain or numbness in my fingers.

The design is comfortable for hitting all the keys, with just a few key location variances from the keyboard I was replacing, which I adapted to pretty easily and it's working well. The built in padded wrist rest is nice. I would have given 5 stars if the bottom of the keyboard had legs to adjust tilt, but it's flat.

Simple but does the trick, is nicely ergonomic has a nice front rest pad for my wrist. I actually had the old version of this keyboard but it croaked on me (after many years) and I had to get another one, this one is definitely an upgraded and more sleeker version. I highly recommend!

I have a friend who sold a Company to MS and worked for them for years. He said the things they make best are keyboards and mouse. I was a big fan of the old 4000 and like this even better. Better keyboard feel, nice lights for numlock, capslock etc, and my favorite of all the ergonomics

They stopped making mine in 2019. This was almost the same, just a bit wider than I am used to but so happy I found this keyboard. I work 50 hours a week typing and am very happy with my purchase.

The keyboard I have used for many years. Happy to get a replacement for a fair price. It was delivered very quickly.

Works well once you get used to the layout. However the number gets in the way of using a mouse ergonomically...

My husband really likes it. He suffered from carpal tunnel’s but this helps elevate that pain.
