    As always on the office core applications Microsoft's office is far more functional than the Apple or Google apps. As a power user it gets me the things I need and doesn't feel inadequate in any way. Still needs some polishing to make it as good as the PC versions

    This 2011 version of Office for Max Home and Business really needs to be upgraded and as soon as possible. It sorely lags behind Office 2013 for PCs. In using it, we found several issues and shortcomings. One of the most glaring is that it will not synchronize contacts, calendars and notes with iTunes.

    Office has long been the gold standard for word processing, data handling and presentation programs. The 2011 version for Apple includes numerous updates to the initial 2007 Apple offering (which is no longer supported by Microsoft), but doesn't require a lot of new learning requirements. I'm happy that I purchased it.
