    Since my Apple 26 inch screen computer crashed the hard drive, it was necessary to install all new software because Apple count not retrieve anything off the hard drive so all software was gone plus 4 years of data and files. A technology person was able to install the purchased card as well as complete setting up the computer so it was once again usable. Eddie was great and did a superior job.
