Product works as advertised! This dock is used with over 100 laptops at my company, and we have had few issues.

I have bought 30 of these to run my office. Never had an issue.

Wires frayed and connector showing wires. I've had for 2 years, it's clunky to travel with and too many possibilities of disconnects while you think it's charging. There has to be a better way. I can say it charges, 5 stars for that reason only, the other issues makes it too bothersome to suffer.

I was really hoping this was the answer to my lack of ports/ease of use. Ultimately, I found this dock to be heavy, bulky and not really as useful as I had hoped - that said, it is meant to be used as a stationary dock. I returned the item for a couple of easy to carry adapters that convert display port to hdmi and USB to a couple more USB. This suits my needs better. To each their own.

Very expensive! But there is no other option. If they could have a HDMI slot, that would have been so much easier!

Great dock, if you have Microsoft this works the best with them I tried other products and they would not work correctly.

Adds USB-C to the Surface Pro 6 and better video support! That alone makes this a worthwhile purchase. Build quality is good and matches the SP6.

Does what I need it to do. No issues. A bit expensive.

I bought because I needed an additional port. This plays double duty as a charger as well. So it's a win win.

The product itself is good, however, determining if it was compatible with the correct laptop was nearly impossible. The saleperson wasn’t even sure and there were no indications on the box or online providing that information.

Has a few USBs for thumb drives and wireless devices.

Although there is still no thunderbolt 3, this updated dock finally brings faster usb c transfer speeds to my aging surface book 3. The usb-c 3.1 gen2 speeds are a welcome addition. My only complaint is that this thing is heavy and not very portable. It doesn't just live at my main workstation, so I have to pack up both bricks(which are both heavy) and all the chords every time I move with it.

Great price and works well! Best Buy, was able to price match to a competitor and made it easy to pick up same day in the store.

Original surface dock stopped working. So got a new one at Best Buy. One star less as this is expensive IMO.

switched over from my laptop to my surface and love it now i have three monitors to do my work on it was a great buy and price
