For me the screen ratio, keyboard and trackpad are excellent. It is also very quiet even though it has a fan. I really liked this product so much I traded in previous model (laptop 3) to get better battery life and more storage.

Very fast speed and beautifully designed. I was scared to transition to Microsoft because I’ve only ever used MacBooks. Now I’ll never go back!

Great design and utility like my previous Surface Laptop ... better with USB C port rather than mini-video. Also, installed Windows 11 without any issues. Fantastic battery life! Plus, the lady who helped me choose, from all the options, was truly knowledgeable and friendly.

The newer version does not have any usb ports. This laptop has two different types of usb ports. Love the color. Nice big screen in small package and light weight.

And battery last pretty long but even if it dies the charge is incredibly fast!! Not as heavy as you would pretty lightweight! Honestly love this better than a Mac. Windows definitely works better for business and artistic

I purchased it for work and for grad school. It is fast, and just a great all around laptop. It's battery is decent as well. The "feet" on the bottom of the computer fell off that hid the screw holes, but that is my only complaint.

I was a bit nervous that the i5 and 8gb of ram wouldn’t be powerful enough to suite my needs (heavy excel work) but it works perfect. The design of the hardware itself is also fantastic. Very well built.
