I love this machine! The 3:2 screen looks fantastic, and I love the extra heighth. The keyboard is the best I've ever typed on, and the touch pad is as smooth as butter. It's fast and the battery life is very good. The build quality is outstanding as well, and it feels solid despite its slim design. I'm thrilled with my purchase.

I'm very pleased with this laptop. Its simplified design makes using it easy. The RAM provides quick response time. I am very satisfied that it is metal and not the fabric material on the keyboard.

Light weight, very fast, handles multiple processes without delay. One thing I wish it was backlit keyboard. Setup was easy. Bestbuy should also offer a cheaper version of Microsoft Office Suite especially with Microsoft products.

Laptop is awesome, I feel like it’s the perfect size and weight. I have had zero issues with speed, battery life is great, having the touch screen is super nice at times, sound is pretty good too. Only thing I miss is not having a number keypad on the side of the keyboard but not a big deal and pretty common for laptops. I would definitely recommend this laptop. My sales rep was very helpful and not pushy as all. He actually helped me find a laptop that fit my wants and needs and provided me with all of my purchase options and add ons. I don’t feel like he put any pressure on me but did a really good job at helping me select only what I needed. Super glad he told me about the total tech package because I did end up using it for another purchase I made only a couple weeks later!

I bought this as a backup when I went to remote work. I have had MacBooks in the past and wanted something with the same feel and performance. I will never go back to apple products. Really really impressed with the performance

Laptop wonderful, has a nice sleek and modern look. The keyboard is very soft to type on and overall very easy to use especially if you're looking for a laptop for college.

Back in black and runs off ac or dc! Pardon the pun but this is my 2nd surface laptop purchase. I was glad to get one in black this time around. The machine is a solid performer with a free upgrade to Win 11. I chose the model with the AMD Ryzen 5 and I experience high quality graphics and very high-speed responses to my input. In all, an excellent laptop again.

This is my second Surface Laptop and 3rd Surface product. While you will get better specs at a lower cost from other computers, I could not recommend the Surface products more. Great build quality and very few issues. You will pay more, but as far as Windows PCs go, this is the Apple of the category.

I absolutely love this surface laptop. I replaced my apple computer with this and it is so light, fast and just an overall great computer. Highly recommend

Pretty quick, massive upgrade to my old surface pro 2017. Great keyboard, snappy processor, lots of ram. Battery life and screen contrast could be better, but more than suites my needs.

I bought this laptop for work and it is easy to operate and works well so far. It’s pretty light to carry around. Battery life is a bit disappointing

Great laptop solid performance with playing light gaming. Solid for everyday use. It does get somewhat warm when under load but overall very happy with this purchase.
