    This is the best laptop. I've owned 4 models from the Surface series now. My only wish is that it had more USB slots.

    So far a poor product, just under one year it stopped working. Took it in and it was returned working, 4 weeks later it stopped working. They said it could take 4 weeks to repair. I use it for work and this is just not acceptable. I would say do not buy a surface laptop.

    Worst Purchase I've ever made at Best Buy! I HATE the representative that recommended this. It is one of the ONLY brands that the Geek Squad can't help with. When you need help with tech support there is no phone number, you have to go through the website and the online support will divert you to another site that goes no where. I feel like I wasted $2,000. As a business owner I've purchased over 20 computers this year from Best Buy, this is the Worst. I wish someone would have saved me from buying this. I wish I would have done my research instead of listening to the BestBuy representative. My loss- don't be a victim.
